"Very very slow service 18 minutes to get through the queue and get drinks ordered (1400 on a weekday afternoon , staff not very attentive and certainly didn 't seem like they had any get up and go (or if it had then it had got up and left!! Wanted to change our 1year old in the baby changing place, but it was filthy. Not only did it smell but full of litter including clinical waste which should have been properly disposed of on asking this facility is cleaned twice a week according to one of the staff (tall with blue hair ! How twice a week for a disabled toilet and baby changing place is acceptable I 'll never know. Coffee cake was acceptable, but certainly let down by everything else. Not sure I 'd bother returning."
