"The food that we had at the restaurant was outstanding flavoursome, varied and clearly cooked with style. What lets the restaurant down is its service. Whilst we were told it would take some time to get our main courses it took a further minutes for us to get any drinks and all in, it was two hours before our main course arrived. Given that we did not sit down until after to eat it was rather late by the time we got these. We were with friends we had not seen for a while so it was not a massive issue for us we had plenty to chat about! It would not take a lot for the service to be sorted out it just needs some organisation and probably a few more staff on the bar areas to make them feel more welcoming and efficient. The decor is delightful and it has got real potential; however if you are in a rush and need a quick meal I may say that is not going to happen at the moment! I really hope they get this sorted out as the restaurant adds real value to the area it is located in."
