"I placed an order for delivery at 6:30pm, with the website promising a delivery as soon as possible but within an hour at the latest. Ten minutes after the hour had passed, I called the restaurant and was informed that my order would be another half an hour late due to being busy and experiencing snowy weather. After waiting an additional 45 minutes without receiving my food, I called again and was told that it was literally one minute away and already on its way. However, 15 minutes later, my food still had not arrived and I had to leave, making me seriously late. Upon calling the restaurant once more, I was told that the driver had delivered the food over an hour ago, which did not seem possible based on the previous call. It appeared to me that I was being misled and not given accurate information. The restaurant did not offer any compensation and I went hungry. This experience was extremely disappointing and disorganized. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again."
