"We didn 't dine in, but instead used the new delivery service. It was appalling. We ended up with two cold pizzas, arriving more than half an hour after they had been collected. Our home is 5 mins drive/cycle away. The Delivery guy happily told us, 'oh well I picked up another two deliveries to do before you '. The restaurant were kind when I called to complain, and even suprised that the pizzas had taken so very long to travel a five minute distance and recommended we complain on the Pizza Express Chat. We did. All we were offered was a voucher for a pizza (meaning of course we would need to buy yet another one and risk it turining up, in order to have the free one as a meal for us). The restaurant is lovely, but do NOT order delivery from here."
