beautiful, clean restaurant only from shopping center ideal for a quick bite. the staff was very smart and efficient. pizza was from there as always.

The decor was lovely, and the restaurant was clean. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. It's wonderful to see that a restaurant like Pizza Express is offering a nice discount for students through Unidays, which is a great incentive to dine there. The food was fantastic, and overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I had a fantastic experience yesterday! My waitress, the girl with blue hair (I'm sorry, I didn't catch her name), was wonderful. She helped me order my favorite pizza, which was a Christmas special, and it was delicious. I really hope they bring back the truffle mushroom pizza as a regular item! The prawns were also delightful!

I recently visited a lovely pizza place and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and engaging, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy and laid-back, perfect for a casual meal. The food itself was delicious. However, both pizzas we ordered—the Sloppy Giuseppe and the BBQ Burnt Ends—were heavily seasoned with pepper, leaving our mouths a bit on fire by the end of the meal. We visited this restaurant for dinner on our way back up north at the end of our holiday. The food and service were excellent. We were surprised by how quiet it was for a Saturday night. The kids' meals offered great value. However, we were disappointed with the cheesecake dessert—definitely don't order it! It wasn't worth the £3.50, let alone £7.50; it was very small and came with no cream or ice cream on the side. I mentioned this to the staff, and they said the pricing is set by headquarters, but they didn’t offer a refund or discount even after I asked.

3.5/5 for our experience, so rounding up to 4. The restaurant is in need of some TLC with broken floor tiles and peeling wood on the dividing walls. The service was excellent friendly and efficient. The kids meals were great with a healthy stater, small pizza and pudding for £7.25 which we felt was great value. The adult pizzas however were a little disappointing. The gluten free base is tiny and the cost should reflect this. Toppings are a little sparse on adult pizzas mozzarella doesn’t make it to the edges. I‘m a pizza chef myself so completely understand that too much topping makes for a soggy pizza, but I wouldn’t leave a large section without mozzarella. I would definitely recommend th...

We didn 't dine in, but instead used the new delivery service. It was appalling. We ended up with two cold pizzas, arriving more than half an hour after they had been collected. Our home is 5 mins drive/cycle away. The Delivery guy happily told us, 'oh well I picked up another two deliveries to do before you '. The restaurant were kind when I called to complain, and even suprised that the pizzas had taken so very long to travel a five minute distance and recommended we complain on the Pizza Express Chat.
