"The dining experience was disappointing, both in terms of food and service. While the staff was friendly, we had to wait 45 minutes just for water and an hour for our meal. When it finally arrived, the fondue was poorly prepared, served cold and not melted. It seems that both the kitchen and the staff are still adjusting to the new concept."
