The food and service were both excellent, and portion sizes were very generous take a big appetite if you fancy antipasti and a main course. Well worth a visit.

The food and service were outstanding. It’s an ideal spot for a pre-theater meal. The blankets were a nice touch for a chilly evening, though thankfully we didn’t need to use them.

very poor service. I ordered the tartiflette and I had to send her back, as she was full of oil. my man ordered a virgin mary, only tomato juice came. they did another, had to wait 25 minutes to get the same back. very disappointed. I'm not going back.

This is an excellent spot for a quality lunch. The starters are beautifully presented, and the main courses are delicious. We finished off with some cheese, which was a perfect touch. The bottle of rosé we had was reasonably priced as well. The value for money at Theo's is consistently impressive. I'll definitely be returning!

I waited half an hour for a drink, and when I finally received my £22 pizza, it was served without salt, pepper, or oil. No one checked in on us to see how the food was or if we needed anything. The dining experience was disappointing, both in terms of food and service. While the staff was friendly, we had to wait 45 minutes just for water and an hour for our meal. When it finally arrived, the fondue was poorly prepared, served cold and not melted. It seems that both the kitchen and the staff are still adjusting to the new concept.

The Alpine Chalet was an amazing experience! 5/5! My friend and I dined here today and we were very well taken care of by the staff. The service was exceptional; we were served in under 15 minutes and the employees were very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious! The cheese fondue was creamy and flavorful. I will definitely be back soon! 5/5!

our fondue lasted 30 minutes to come and was gummy instead of melted and creamy, waiting staff asked us to stir it constantly. still gaze. they have increased the fire level. still gaze. they asked us to use a spoon to stir it instead of the fondue sticks?! still look. Apparently it was too cold for him 11°, probably the warmest evening we have in this winter, but in the rule when they start a terrace for a few winter months in london, I doubt it will be 30°. they then brought it back to the kitchen and when it came back after 15 minutes, it worked magically and remained good until the end. it took about 1:20h to actually eat the fondue, we were not the only table that had this problem. they...
