"OpenTable booking wasn 't on system but manager was very accommodating which was appreciated. Due to being so busy service was very slow at the start but a little rushed later on. Waiter 's seemed overworked and didn 't come back to ask how we were. Food tasted nice but my Fiancé 's aubergine dish was very small. Salad was very small and poorly prepared. No dressing. Starter platter was really nice. I don 't like giving poor reviews but the staff just seemed under prepared and over worked."

"I spotted the arrival of ASK Italian on Shandwick Place, a couple of months ago, but it hadnâ€t particularly given me the “come hither” stare. However, I was confident that an occasion to visit would arise and so it proved, today. Todayâ€s guest quester was Ross, who was along for the fantastic meal that Lâ€Escargot Blanc owner Fred Berkmiller had treated us to a few months back. It was basically a nose to tail exploration of short-horn and wagyu beef which was quite remarkable."

"Mrs G and i had our first date here, and we decided to head here for lunch as it was our wedding anniversary. We shared the calamari to start which was delicious. For mains Mrs G had chicken wrapped in parma ham, and i had...the meaty calzone. sorry i can't remember the actual titles) Both were wonderful. Baby G was joining is for lunch, this meant no wine for us. The staff were kind enough to provide us with a bowl of hot water so we could give the baby her lunch. She had an ellas kitchen pouch. Moussaka. Only slightly off with the geography giving her a greek dish in an Italian restaurant. But italy and greece are pretty much the same country, right? Baby G was then kind enough to have a nap in her pram, allowing us the rare opertunity to enjoy a pudding. Mrs G had the brownie and i had the biscoff cheesecake with a scoop of vanilla gelatto. Both were ace! Was an epic lunch."

"I visited a restaurant in Reading on Saturday, February 11th. The staff were lovely and the meal was amazing. We started with chili and cheese dough balls, followed by our main courses and finished with a delicious Bailey's pudding. Absolutely fantastic experience."

"We waited ages to be shown to a table, or even be acknowledged! Once we got to a table it took a long time before our orders were taken. Honestly we were debating whether to leave! We missed starters, and just went for mains and ordered our drinks. No one spoke to us and our drinks were delivered at the same time as our food. The restaurant wasn't busy and the staff seemed to be spending more time on their phones than with customers! Everyone was sitting waiting. The people behind us went to the till to get their bill they were fed up waiting for someone to come. The people next to us ordered desserts and waiting so long for them to come that they ended up checking to make sure the waitress had ordered them! People who cam in just behind us and waited equally as long to get a table ordered starters and had finished them and waited so long for their mains to come, we had finished eating and waited about 15 mins before anyone came over. The chef pinged for service just as my husband went upstairs for the bathroom, the food was still waiting when he came down, the people waiting had been shaking their heads and said that it would be cold, it was honestly the worst service ever. I will definitely not be returning. However the food was delicious it's just a shame it all took such an uncomfortably long time!"

"Great scran that. I smashed in the prawns, she had lasagne nuggets, I'm told they were lush. Wor lass had a salami misti pizza, she never said a word to me until the last slice, when help was required. Naturally, as a top lad, I consumed the rest of it for her. I had Brisket Pappardelle A.KA. posh spag bol. 100% pure taste, I got extra chilli in mine, would recommend. Great service canny food. Service: Dine in"

"Even though the service was a bit on the slower side and not that friendly, the food was served surprisingly quick and it also tasted great. The pasta had a pleasant texture and the sauce that served was served with it complemented the pasta very well. Although, I wish there was a bit more sauce because the proportions were a bit off. The thin crust pizza had decent amount of toppings and good enough flavours but it still felt a bit dry at times. The cheese bites were not bad, but they weren't really my favourite neither. Overall a decent place and had a pleasant meal."

"Partner and I throughly enjoyed our meals which arrived piping hot. Everything was tasty and was good value for money. However there was one waiter in particular who was running around like lightning which we found a little off putting when we were trying to have a relaxing meal. "Visited last night for my son's 21st birthday. Esther, Chantelle and Josh were our servers and we had absolutely excellent service. They were warm, friendly and helpful, despite them being clearly rushed off their feet in a busy restaurant. The chefs did an amazing job, the food was delicious, piping hot, and all came out together, despite us being a large party. We had a lovely evening!"

"Went here with my 2 young daughters. We didn't have a reservation but they accommodated us by offering us an hour and a half slot because of other bookings, which was more than enough time. Starters came out promptly enough. Then we had the 45min wait for the mains....which I'm guessing the kitchen may have forgot about as we ordered using the online app. They acknowledged the delay on their part and as a pleasant surprise didn't charge us for the mains. I thought that was very considerate of them to be fair, knowing that my children had been waiting patiently. Staff service was very good throughout and they were apologetic about the mains delay. All that aside the food was quite good and this experience hasn't put me off....happy to go again."

"The pizza is really tasty, the best one I've ever eaten in the UK. What must be also recommended is pork belly porchetta in the second picture. It looks not so good because of the dark part in the surface. However, the pork belly is quite soft and delicious with sauce inside the plate. It really beyonds my expectation. The only shortcoming is that the speed of serving the dish is quite slow."

"I would like to express my immense gratitude to the outstanding waiter at a restaurant near Tower Bridge. Last week, I visited London with 29 school children for a trip, and we dined at the restaurant for three nights. Unfortunately, we do not remember his name, but he was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to accommodate us, despite the stress of our large group and even maintained a smile throughout. He ensured that we had everything we needed, even when we arrived two hours late for our reservation on the first night. He truly enhanced the children's experience, and we cannot thank him enough for his exceptional service."

"The restaurant was very clean and had a great atmosphere. Our server, Richal, was incredibly kind and attentive. She helped us navigate the menu and gave us some great recommendations. We decided to try the chicken pizza, but unfortunately it was a bit disappointing. The crust was crispy and delicious, but the chicken itself lacked flavor and seasoning. Despite this, Richal provided excellent service and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. If they improve the chicken, this place would be fantastic! We will definitely return to give it another chance and enjoy the friendly service."

"We love it. They have good vegetarian pasta dishes too and that makes the whole feeling more enjoyable. The staff are always naturally friendly without being pushy. It would be better if every table had a pepper mill so that you don 't have to wait for the waiter to finish the grinding process which is tedious if a customer is a pepperholic but that is the only criticism. "We were a party of 5 booked for 7pm. It was a busy Saturday evening and the staff, although working to capacity, were cheerful, friendly and efficient. We ordered our food via the app and all our dishes were served promptly, which was surprising considering how busy they were. The food was good and hot, but maybe watch out for the stuffed mushrooms (which are great) as they're served in cast iron dishes which are very hot indeedVery enjoyable evening and the staff were great, but we'll perhaps avoid dining early evening on a Saturday in future."

"had a great time with friends in restaurant shrewsbury. we sat upstairs and it was beautifully decorated and spacious. beautiful atmosphere. delicious sea bass for main and coffee and a disc to finish the meal. service was also friendly. they prefer to pay with the card so that conscious, so in advance would have been helpful in this opportunity. as a big group of friends we arranged to bring money for bill splitting at the end."

"The staff at the restaurant was welcoming and it was great to see vegan options on the menu. The kids' menu also offered vegan choices, which was a pleasant surprise. The Vegan Bruschetta, made with toasted pagnotta bread and marinated tomatoes, was delicious and even better than the pizza. It had a fresh and vibrant taste. I would definitely recommend it! We also tried a pizza with Marinated Artichokes, Sautéed Mushrooms, and Grilled Eggplants. The crust was good and the vegetables were cooked well. While the Italian restaurant may still want to consider adding meat options, we were satisfied with our vegan meal."
