"Terrible customer service, sent out chocolate cake with no use by date or lable showing ingredients. When I phone was told by manager that next time I ordered he would credit back my £6. When I phoned was told had to order £20 so that they could give me this back. Original order only cost £16. Manager would not even come on phone to speak to me. Will never order from them again."

"Ordered at 4pm (hardly a busy time) and it arrived 2.5 hour later despite us calling them several times to chase them and repeatedly being asured it was on its way and shouldn’t take more than 5-10 minutes more..an hour and a half later we were til waiting. When it eventually turned up, the driver offered no apology and the food was cold. We gave them a very reasonable discount in light of the poor food and service and politely said good bye. The driver called my wife and threatened her. Simply awful..avoid like the plague!"
