"We arrived at the Griffin and were met by the manager, who tried to make my app work but in the end, we used my wife's app. He then informed us that they were busy but take a seat in the bar and that he would let us know when there was a table free. So we ordered drinks and waited..... and waited..... I went to look for him and he was gone!!! and never to be seen again!! I then spoke to a lady who showed us to a table ... so glad I asked... we chose our meals and went to the bar to order the bar operative said there was a 45-minute delay for food!! and anything from the grill was unavailable.... the operative then said it had been a week from hell!!! we then ordered a cab and left for one of the local restaurants Puntos absolutely perfect.. I can't be the only one who has had issues with the Griffin Grange Park why have so many open tables if you cant service them, this is a local restaurant lets get together with all our issues and try and sort it out..."

I went with steak and iron. they were very accommodating and rejoiced to replace my hathbrown with speck. pleasantly surprised even without a price. we also had the eier benedikt and it was nice. the food was cooked well. the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. only small suggestion, they do not use these ceramic plates for steak. they move around something terrible while they cut steak. I would recommend a wooden board for steaks. all said and done, I come back."

Bar employees were all too busy talks instead of telling us our drinks. at the end of the bar for 10 minutes. salatbar was a candied and naked, despite which please that it will be filled again. sign up at the door to say that they closed at 8 o'clock because of the essential maintenance tonight. service was terrible, eating was luke warm, will never come back. about the time this place closed its doors and allowed someone to turn it into a decent Bistro-Pub that needs gidea park."

Luckily a table was available. Chose harvester as meant to have had a new menu and refund...nothing new on the menu only a price increase. "First visit here and such a nice surprise in terms of food. We had flatbread mains with drinks and kids had a rack of ribs and pizza with brownie and make your own ice-creams. Salad bar was included with mains and had a variety of options with some great dressings. Vegan options and calories for each meal ate clearly outlined on the menu. "Being a regular fan of Wetherspoons brunch, I decided to try out this place for a change. Unlike Wetherspoons, this restaurant offers waiter/waitress service, but unfortunately, I was ignored for 10 minutes after being seated. Unlike Wetherspoons, they do not allow substitutions on the breakfast plate (I wanted to remove the beans). When I ordered coffee, it did not arrive with or before the brunch, so I had to ask for it again. Despite it not being busy, my request was seemingly ignored or forgotten. As I finished my meal, a server finally asked if everything was okay and promptly delivered the coffee. The food was average (6/10) and the price was higher compared to Wetherspoons (£12 vs £7). Unlike Wetherspoons, there were no unlimited refills here. Overall, I was not impressed and won't be returning anytime soon."

"Have always been a fan of this Harvester, unfortunately the amount of items that were not available seemed to be more than available items on this occasion. It is understandable that items will be unavailable on times however when rotisserie chicken, full rack of ribs...and all steaks apart from rump is unavailable day after a off mains' promotion has started you've got to question the management The staff were very apologetic and were trying their best in a difficult situation. "The Harvester was recommended to us by staff at the Premier Inn where we were staying. The restaurant was clean and inviting, the staff were really polite, professional and friendly- they genuinely looked happy to be at work. We all ate from the Easter special menu, which was excellent value for money and the portions were normal (huge) sized portions. Our server was Chloe who was brilliant! Our son really took to her (he is 9) and she was patient and kind, which he commented on and insisted we leave a 5* review. The food was excellent delicious, we all left full and happy. "Never have I had a polite server at the Harvester in Loughborough. The staff there are usually miserable. I have also never been asked if my meal was ok, or if I wanted anything else and often find myself having to approach staff and ask for service. However today I was pleasantly surprised by our server Caroline. Caroline was polite and a good conversationalist. She regularly checked on us and was very helpful. Thank you Caroline for making our visit an enjoyable one. The only issue we did have was the toilets were disgusting. Full of thick dust and grime everywhere. Food was yummy and we are both now very full and content."

"The restaurant had a terrible smell as we arrived. Asked the waitress what it was, and was told that it's the drains/sewage needing repairing. We had left it too late to rebook anywhere else for friends 60th birthday lunch, so went ahead hoping the smell wasn't throughout the restraunt, however, unfortunately, it was awful throughout. We couldn't eat our main course and left soon afterwards. Very disappointed. I've since contacted Harvester and had a reply from Manager, they apologised, saying that the problem is ongoing. I'm surprised that they hadn't shut the place down. Since then I've contacted head office and still awaiting a reply. I will never go there again, especially if the problem is ongoing."

"we spontaneously decided to come to dinner on Saturday morning, as it has been visited for more than two years since last. Previously we visited the burg marina filiale until it was sadly closed, so we traveled a little further to wilford, as this is the only harvester in nottingham. we came and greeted from a server that seems to be standing at the doorstep to welcome the guests and show them to the table. frankly, she looked stiff when we came in and I wouldn't call her enthusiastic when she brought us on our table. I saw her from my table for the rest of the night and spent more time to dance around and chat with colleagues than anything else. I understand it's a little quiet, but could she not help wait tables? we were waiting for a nice girl, but not her names. I found it a little frustrating that she wanted to take our commands, but we just put our weights down! we had to ask them to come back a few times during the ordering process. I hope it's just because it's very quiet and she's super eager. the environment felt a bit lustering, maybe it's the location of the harvester, but there were not too many guests for a Saturday night not quite the hectic and trubel I remember when I visited, but I can't mistake the business for it. I guess it only shows how the pandemic and the rising cost of living have influenced this business. we both ordered the original combo and some softdrinks. server asked if we would use the salatbar (of course and said to follow it to the bar. I found this quite confusing as we knew where the salatable was when we came to get to the table, but politely followed. as it turned out, the salatable is no longer independent. I found this very disappointing. the company reacted to a further review here to note that this is a company-wide change, not a temporary covidence measure. there were a few people waiting for the salatbar to be served, and it was just a bit unpleasant to be asked what I wanted. proportions of every article I asked were not on my taste, but I do not blame the server, poor girl only does her job. smaller but, she put my broth roll on the salat and put a lurpak in the salat. it left me with sticky hands, just like my main thing came. it is a smaller thing, but surely one down on the meal that this would not have happened if we were in the grasp, to serve ourselves, as harvester has done for years! to the happiness the original combo was good, quite as much as we remembered. personally I find the sage and onion-coated chips a bit too salty, but the other loves them. server asked if I wanted additional sauces that I have requested and committed them. we ordered a sundae best to share as dessert, which essentially soft serve ice served with a generous squeeze of chocolate sauce with an ice sugar cone. personally I really enjoyed that, as I love soft serve and it was less kalorific than the other options. harvester was known for her decent grill as rotisserie huhn and her unlimited salatable. I ate with my family on harvester. but my recent visit had disappointed me most of the experience because of the salatable, but partly sad with the decline with what was formerly a busy restaurant chain. we will not die to get out of the way with the situation and the salatable no longer serve themselves."
