I was able to have breakfast with my parents here yesterday. the food was delicious and the menu was impressive. the waffeln are amazing. the workers are all happy and fast to fill the coffee again. we will be coming back soon

Firstly the food was exactly as you’d expect for the money. Not exactly bland but not tasty in any sense. My coffee and refill were colder than I’d like. The table was sticky and unpleasantly damp. I guess the thing that brought the whole experience...to the ground was the attitude of the staff who simply did not care about anything. Now I expect young underpaid busy staff are never going to be motivated to go the extra inch never mind mile, but the lack of any type of acknowledgement was disappointing. Surprised really, given ownership and the hardship the company must’ve faced over the last couple of years. Never again. View menu

We visited for a quick dinner after work as we were passing, we were not expecting much and it is a very generic burger and chips with an refillable drink. It is what it is. The salad bar is still conducted by the waiting staff...(due to covid) which mean its awkward and you don't really get what you want. we always say for the money we could get a better quality meal within west bridgford. The waitress was very polite, but there was an accident when the dinner was dropped all down me when collecting the plates after we had finished so all the grease went all over my t shirt jeans and my coat. My clothes seems to have washed ok but my coat is ruined. I accept this was a complete accident and...

I'm a disabled person with respiratory problems. I've been to the restaurant several times before and enjoyed it. Unfortunately tonight we were sat by a radiator and it was really hot. We told the waiters times. First, they said that they had turned it...off (but it was still red hot later). We then requested to move but they said there were no tables left. At the time of asking, I could see an empty table in front of me. When we were leaving, there were several empty tables. We complained once more and the waiter joked about it. we spontaneously decided to come to dinner on Saturday morning, as it has been visited for more than two years since last. Previously we visited the burg marina filiale until it was sadly closed, so we traveled a little further to wilford, as this is the only harvester in nottingham. we came and greeted from a server that seems to be standing at the doorstep to welcome the guests and show them to the table. frankly, she looked stiff when we came in and I wouldn't call her enthusiastic when she brought us on our table.
