"The host was excellent upon our arrival, but our table was not ready on time. This wasn't a big issue as we were able to stand and enjoy a drink while we waited. Unfortunately, there was no space at the bar and we had to stand right next to the DJ. The service was okay, but they forgot our order twice. The food was good, but I would say it was just average. Overall, the experience was okay, but not excellent as it should have been."

The food was excellent. of us had the course lunch menu which was extremely good value with no compromise on presentation or taste. My husband had the steak which he said was one of the best he’s ever had.The staff were very friendly and attentive. "We visited The New Inn Rockland St Mary on 7th July for a bithday evening meal. We've been visiting during our summer holidays for a number of years. It was a warm evening and the outside area was packed. We sat inside which was airy and comfortable. The food was delicious, the service was second to none as always and their prices are very reasonable. The Inn is a village focal point for residents, boaters and holiday makers and is highly recommended. We were sorry to hear that the current landlord/landlady are retiring later this year after nine years. We wish them well for the future and thank them for making our holidays a nostalgic visit every year."

"We were given this as a Christmas gift from sister. Very friendly staff greeting. Service very prompt. Food good,not as hot as it could be. Although described as a "traditional "roast it 's not, as the meats are not from a roasted joint. However, the meat , whatever method it was cooked was very good! Puddings delicious especially the ice-cream, which the waitress said was the chef 's own made!"

"This was my first visit to the restaurant since it was under new management. I ordered the fish and chips, but unfortunately, the fish was severely overcooked. The wait for our food was quite long, and we were surprised by the cost of over £1.50 for just one slice of bread and butter. "The ambiance at this restaurant is pleasing. However, we noticed that our orders were taken after another couple that arrived after us, so the service could be more attentive. The breakfast we had was delicious. While the menu didn't mention an option for turkey speck, they were willing to add it to our order or replace it with something else when we asked. They also offer soy milk as an alternative option. One negative aspect to note is the restroom, which definitely needs improvement. There was black mold on the walls, the room was very cold, and we even saw a cockroach scurrying across the floor, with the kitchen located right next to it."

"We celebrated our Christmas dinner at Cafe Route. After a pub unexpectedly cancelled on us, we were fortunate to find a table for 10 at the last minute through Open Table. I am grateful we did, as the experience was exceptional and far more memorable than a typical pub meal. The food was delightful, the service was both friendly and efficient, and the ambiance was ideal for a festive group gathering. Everyone in the party was impressed and enjoyed the meal. Personally, I especially enjoyed my lamb dish. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"that was my first time in the city souvlaki and definitiw the last thing that is a scandal, because eating was nice, we couldn't blame it. I wish that could be said about the waitress. Every time she came to our table, she rolled her eyes and she saw it to other guests too, but not the ones that she knew we were creeping. "I decided to make a reservation at Maison du Mezze for an early dinner before a show and I was not disappointed! Despite the slightly higher prices, the location right on Leicester Square made it worth it. The stylish decor, lively atmosphere, and delicious food were all excellent. They make their own juices and smoothies, as well as baklava made with real honey. The mezze dishes were all very tasty. By sharing small plates, we were able to save a bit of money without sacrificing quality. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we were served quickly so we could make it to the theater on time. I highly recommend Maison du Mezze and would definitely return."

"Very good but bizarrely mind boggling Chose this resturant as reviews of food good and never been there before. Choice of food excellent and quality very good. Staff very attentive. Not much atmosphere and has the feel of a cafe albeit comfortable furnishings. We did realise this establishment did accommodation until we went to the toilet and then the most bizarre happened. Two apparently residents came into the resturant and sat at the table next to us, unwrapped fish and chips that they had brought from elsewhere and started to eat them!! The whole resturant then was overcome by the smell of vinegar and you could have been sitting in a chip shop. Not pleasant! I would go here again but only as a casual visit."

"Hello...We met up with friends the table that we were allocated was in the middle of a war zone with children screaming and swearing. After a ten minutes we asked for another table as we could not hear ourselves talk above the chaos. We were shown to another table upstairs and this was better as we could hold a conversation. We ordered our meals and drinks and waited and waited eventually the starters arrived cold followed by the main meals which we had not even started !!!! One meal full rack of ribs and one steak were of a reasonable quality, the other two meals fish and chips were floating in oil and uneatable. My friends fish contained NO FISH just batter was this a joke ? I went to see the manager and brought him back to our table after seeing the table littered with starters and main meals he offered to replace the two fish and chips which was too late by now, our evening was spoilt and a disaster. Credit to the manager as he could see our disbelief on what had happened and waived the bill totally, this did not make up for the evening. We left and went to another establishment which turned out to be able to offer the evening we had hoped that your establishment could carry out without out all the above problems. This is not the first time this has happened the last time was in The Plough Sutton common road branch check you emails and you will see the problems we had there which were very similar. All in all things need to change unless us older fraternity are not required at your restaurants in future just the mob handed families and screaming children are welcome. "We went here after my son’s graduation at the request of the graduate. We’d been here once before on a whim. For a chain restaurant in a shopping centre this place is really nice. Very busy decor presumably designed with the European customer in mind but so cheerful, colourful and lively. The welcome is fantastic and so is the food. Classic Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine but you can also have a version of steak and chips too so even more conservative eaters would be OK. The cost mounts up easily but we will still definitely eat here again."

"We have been visiting are local harvester , for all our special celebrations ie Birthdays etc and have always been made welcome. Friday 8 th September was no different, we were celebrating a Special Wedding anniversary 50 years with are family. The service was excellent , and Clara are waitress was very efficient and considerate of our needs. I had asked if possible , for a table not near the kitchen. The table could not of been better for the 9 of us. The whole evening was brilliant , the food the service , the atmosphere. The air-conditioning was a little on the cool side, but understand as it was a very warm night. Thank You Kira and her team , we will most certainly be back next year for another special birthday celebration. "

"We arrived at the Harvester early for our 2030 booking. The man greeting us at the door gave us a run down of the current COVID related procedures to follow and were then shown to our table . We sat down and waited at least half hour , while a server literally sped past us to all other tables to attend to their requests . It felt like he was deliberately ignoring us. In the end my Dad got up to speak to one of the staff we had noticed that they were clearing things away from the salad buffet.Eventually, a friendly server came by and apologised for the lack of service , and promptly took our orders and sent for another server to escort us to the salad bar. The server that was sent was abrupt and a little rude. We got drinks and starters and then waited for the main meal. I had ordered a meal with steak as did my Mum and when the mains arrived , the server informed me that the meal he put in front of me was “non well done”and he put the well done meal in front of my mum. The opposite was true but he left by that time. The taking of the payment was very prompt compared to everything else that evening, due to the current COVID closing times overall the end of the meal was better than the rest of the evening."

"We arrived at 7:30pm to an empty restaurant and we were greeted by a polite gentleman. We had a drink and ordered our food. The food was very nice but I do feel that as we were the only people in the restaurant that it came very quickly and we were in danger of finishing our meal before we had finished our drinks.
