"We eat out a lot, so have a good idea what to expect from a restaurant. The food here was very very poor. My husband had potatoe skins to start they were cooked to death. I think they had be re-heated several times when they were served to us, they had been deep fried again, which left no potatoe a very hard, crisp unedible item. In fairness the waitress did change them for something else that was slight more edible. However she certainly didn’t seem surprised by our comments. His mixed grill was very badly cooked everything again was over cooked. I fortunately, chose one of the cheapest items scampi, which was just about ok. The expensive glass of white wine I ordered was warm not nice. We will not be returning"

"On holiday and decided against cooking in the tent so visited the harvester. We were greeted by manager at the door, very welcoming and very kindly charged my phone for me so I could use a voucher I have in my email thank you so much! We were served by Jenette who is an absolute credit to your coming, very laid back and helpful, nothing was too much and she recommended the pasta which was actually really tasty. Food came quickly and was hot and fresh, salad was amazing, great choice. Some items out of stock but it does state subject to availability and there was plenty of choice. Building was clean and spacious. Really really enjoyed our evening thank you"

"we were as a confluence where our car died, and we didn't want to land in the middle of the road on the side of nowhere 180 miles from home. the employees and managers were so helpful and allowed us to use the facilities, even though we were strictly not customers. when it turned out, we waited so long for the later recovery that we ordered some food to take out and it was delicious. the personal was just so helpful to find a few pull-out dishes for the salatable and to pack and pack our food for us. we would really recommend this place and judge the number of people there, it must be consistently good and, as I said, super friendly staff. in any case somewhere to get back to when close."

"I attended for breakfast at about 9.30am. I had booked and when i got there, there was 2 other people only. They took a while to take our order then said help yourself to the breakfast cereals and other items. None of these were out ready and we had to ask for these and for the cups for the tea we had ordered. That itself was difficult as they didn't seem to have enough staff and the ones there kept disappearing so everything took a long time. When the breakfast came it was of a good standard."

"Breakfast had the cooked breakfast and pancakes, could not decide which I wanted so got both. very nice boiled breakfast, toast was amazing, hash browns beautiful, bacon beautiful. Sausages average. Pancakes were amazing (have fruit syrup), good amount of fruit and I rated the syrup served in a bowl to let it pour on itself, also enough syrup. Both very good value (6.99 for breakfast 5,99 for pancakes) Coffee was also amazing. Sarah the waiter was an absolute legend, I loved her bunny ears for Easter. Very happy and helpful and overall a beautiful woman. Thank you. Sarah. I appreciate your hospitality this morning. Thanks again, Willy's coming back soon."

"large restaurant for the family with a large selection of dressed that meets all our needs.. plus free salatbar I had the ribs and chicken wings excellent and the children loved the construction of their own sunflower sweet very friendly and welcoming staff. the only part and it wasn't havester's mistake was the huge journey through waiting queue for a fast food chain at the same place that came on the way to harvesters on the way. Finally, we had to drive them past the wrong side of the road thinking that the fast food community should stop being a bad neighbor"

"we ate here from comfort when they stay close. there are a few vegan options so that tempts me. I had the vegan bohnenburger and a vegan skyberry mouse and both were satisfied if not amazing. the waitress was veggie, which was a reverse starter about veggie w vegan. it's always about the one that's coming! I'd go back to visit if close, but I wouldn't go out of mine."

"great place for lunch! delicious food and a little bite was more abundant. price is very reasonable for the quantity and quality to get tou and the restaurant was clean, although it was busy. but the stars of the restaurants were the lady server. they were friendly, helpful and polite, and they let us take our time in the decision and eat, even though they were short workers and at no time they tried to hurry or seemed to have fought. they kept quiet and treated the busy restaurant as absolute stars! would go back happy if these beautiful ladies work again."

"Arrived for the first time since we came when they first reopened and that was not a good experience, well we arrived today and were shown our table , good space between tables so a good start, I had the mushrooms to start and they...were very good and hot, which makes a change these days, for main I decided I would have the mixed grill as I was not convinced the roast potatoes would be crispy as advertised, well I made the right choice as another of our party had the roast and the potatoes were definitely NOT crispy, the mixed grill was excellent overall, but better flavoured sausages would improve the grill immeasurably, my criticism would be don’t put “crispy potatoes” if they are not, and please ensure staff are aware before asking what you want, that they know what the soup of the day is, as it’s very annoying when they keep running off to check ! Overall for the price point very good, just improve the little areas and will be 5 star"

"We arrived and the booking, through open table, had apparently not gone through. I had the online receipt and the manager eventually sorted us a table out . The food overall was prett unimpressive. The salad was ok but not great. The crackerjack prawns were served in a plastic cup which gets zero points for presentation. The Half chicken and chips lacked meat on the chicken and was dry and the chips were very salty. It was served with a plastic tiny tub with a teaspoon of salad and I didn't even waste my time on it. The waitress was polite and efficient and although she did ask if we were happy we did not give an honest reply as we were treating my wife's sister and we felt embarrassed. They really need to try harder. We had eaten here a month or two earlier and had no problems"

"nice eating, fresh salad, friendly, helpful staff, beth and the young man behind the bar that took our order (unfortunately I had not to mention his name). the young lady who served my salat did this with great care. I had Thai green curry (I was warned before it was (spicious) hot when I ordered) and my friend had sampi, it was all very delicious. I made a point just before our departure to tell the manager that we enjoyed our meal. it is even more important that I feel after what we have all endured in the last 18 months! 08. september 2021 update. visited tonight, last minute decision. they were short-time servants, but despite this unfortunate situation, it was possible to take us. we had excellent service of greeting and a very short waiting time to be served by the beautiful waitress sophie b (soph). sophie b was so smiling, friendly and efficient and enthusiastic about her job. the lady who built my salad was just as beautiful. the food came, piping hot and was delicious. I would recommend the vegetarian stack. my friend enjoyed the sampi. once again we had great eating at a reasonable price, excellent staff team, which, despite subcomposition, was handed over admirably. thank you to all. I apologise that I couldn't write a new review and had to edit my last one."

"Decided on rump steak for myself and wife, I requested very well done and my wife had medium. My request was excellent and very tender, however my wife's was a little tough and was remedied by it being cooked to a well done level. Overall the meal was of a good standard and hot, to get a good warm meal in pub restaurants is not that common of late. We had purchased groupon vouchers on line for this particular meal to the alternative of shareholders vouchers. Unfortunately having not used groupon vouchers before I had not printed off the code but only the voucher. This was resolved by a very smart and helpful waitress who went to great lengths getting it rectified. Overall the restaurant provides good food in pleasant surroundings at an affordable price. Staff are excellent."

"Good experience to be fair. We were seated straight away as you’d expect with a booked table. The salad card was slow to be refreshed but was soon sorted after a member of staff was asked about it. The meal was decent as expected and came out to us fairly swiftly. On the whole it was nice"

"my mother and I went here to Mother's Day and had a decent time. it was of course very busy, but still found that my waitress was engaged, attentive and helpful when it came to order etc. They did not look brittle, cramped or overwhelmed. eating is reasonable. they have a new menu and so comes now all listed with calorie counting on the page really eye opening see the calorie in the food. the menu tries to meet all nutritional requirements and as much as I think. we went to the salatable where a wet was willing to serve us what we have chosen, we were told that this is not COVID grounds, but more to minimize waste that is understandable. I chose three stacking chicken and mama for mixed grill that really a huge man size plate. it was nice, but she had to get a dog bag to take food she couldn't eat. I went for an apple and blackberry crumb, which was in order, but much too much sauce and not enough fragile to fit. it was a bit suppe like and left some of it after it had eaten broken part. I would just say that the cutlery needs a polish and glasses need to be cleaned properly. they look so cloudy and a little dirty. Moreover, it was a decent visit to harvester."

"I recently went to Morfa Park and had an amazing time with our server, Lowri! She was very attentive and made our dining experience delightful. We dined at the restaurant where the meal cost was between £40-50 per person. The food was outstanding, earning a 5-star rating, as did the service and ambiance. I definitely suggest trying the Dirty Burger when you go."

"came here last night after having received a terrible service in the toby and went out. what was a difference was this place? we were greeted as we went by tom and showed on our table. olivia came by within a few minutes and took our drinks orders and was cheerful and polite and friendly. we received our drinks and our food came perfectly apart, appetizers ..head and dessert . olivia came by to check everything was in order and ensured that we were happy and if we wanted to drink more. we will definitely return here and a great well done olivia for great customer service ."

"Busy sunny weekend. Staff could not cope. They had ran out of Half the menu! Manager that day was rude! No plates for salad bar! Even ran out of salt!!!! Basically it is in a prime location opposite the beach and pier so surely they should be prepared for busy times! It seems not. I shall never recommend this Harvester. As not much choice to choose from on the beach front then people have to use it. We did try it again on a quieter day but even then the tables had not been cleared, they were dirty, no toilet paper and I could go on as the list is endless. Hugely disappointed in the Harvester chain for allowing such disgracefully restaurant to be managed so badly."

"On Christmas Eve, we went to the restaurant for our holiday lunch since our kids wanted spaghetti and pizza for Christmas Day. We opted for the 3-course Christmas lunch. Unfortunately, one of the four appetizers was unavailable, but the mushroom dish we ordered was fantastic! I wish I could have had two portions of it and skipped the main course. The entree was decent, with tasty potatoes, but the vegetables were overcooked and inedible. It was a disappointment, especially since I usually enjoy Brussels sprouts, but these were overdone and bitter. I don't think I would choose to have a roast at this restaurant again, especially not for a special occasion."
