"I attended McDonald’s on Sunday the of November for breakfast with family I placed order at and was still waiting at when order arrived it was not cooked properly took back and then the replacement was cold asked to speak to manager waited and still never got to speak to them. staff were so under pressure, staff standing about not knowing what they were to do, was a total disgrace."

"McDonald's restaurants offer good regular menu items that are quite tasty, but the fries are often served cold and limp without any crispiness. I understand that they may not always be served immediately, causing them to lose their heat, but a quick re-dip in hot oil every 10 minutes would help bring back their freshness. My main issue with many McDonald's restaurants is their traffic management. Due to their popularity, especially on weekends, long lines of cars can often block nearby main roads or access to other shops, particularly in retail parks. I believe McDonald's should have staff monitor the traffic and prevent it from blocking entrances and roads to other areas."

"There isn't much to be said about this McDonald's that couldn't apply to the countless others across the globe. The young staff seem disinterested, the customers are a mix of disgruntled teenagers, delivery drivers, and the food is just average. However, this McDonald's stood out for being exceptionally salty compared to others. The car park is also subpar. Overall, nothing notable here."

"I decided to use the app as usual to order from this restaurant. The drive-thru line was long, so I went inside to pick up my order. Even though there were three people ahead of me, my app order was prepared first. I was back in my car in less than 5 minutes while the other drivers had barely moved. The service was excellent."

"After a long visit to the hospital with my young child, I must say that the service at this restaurant today was truly exceptional. The staff, especially the two young women at the front of the house, were incredibly welcoming. One of them even went above and beyond to interact with children, coloring balloons with them. The food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant looked very clean. I was very impressed. Thank you."

"Ordered my usual regular white coffee and large cappuccino when I got to the hatch was given two regular drinks. When I questioned them was told that is what I ordered. However they did not give me a receipt and when I called them on it they could find the receipt. Eventually one if the staff said park up and I’ll bring you out a large cappuccino. 20 minutes later I am still waiting. Worst service. It is busy but customer care is pitiful today."

"I have Coeliac Disease which means I have to adhere to a strictly gluten free diet 100% of the time and although there are very limited gluten free options at McDonald’s in the UK for us coeliacs, I have to give a special commendation to Mya (Customer Experience Leader I believe) who made sure I not only had food options, but made me feel so comfortable and safe. She took ownership of my meal herself and went over and above what I usually experience at McDonald’s, such as putting on gloves to make my meal, making my chips fresh so they would not be contaminated by gluten-containing foods and packaging up mine and my partners meal in separate bags. I’ve never had this in a McDonald’s before, just usually given the allergen leaflet and fobbed off as they usually say they aren’t allowed to answer questions. She was so good at communicating all the steps she was taking to ensure I was safe. It was amazing service, and I’d really like to extend my thanks to Mya. Sometimes we just wanna have a McDonald’s and feel safe, and Mya made my week for sure!"

"Appalling experience from start to finish. The touchscreen is not intuitive and it takes far longer to place an order using it than just talking to a person. Had to queue 5 minutes to use it, too. No milkshakes, as per usual. Had to stand and wait for 20 minutes for our order. Our burgers had been standing around for a good 10 minutes before the chips were added and the bag handed over. (No trays available, apparently. Tables were dirty and in short supply because the upstairs seating was closed off. When we opened the bag, we discovered the ketchup had been left out, and only 1 straw for our drinks included. Also discovered Big Macs are disgusting served cold!"

"After our Uber driver had an unfortunate incident, the branch manager was incredibly friendly and accommodating on February 4, 2022, around 8:10 PM. He listened to our concerns about Uber and generously offered us a full refund for the meal we had just purchased. We only docked one star, as the first staff member we spoke with seemed unaware of certain issues, and our food was served lukewarm. However, the manager himself truly deserves a full 5 stars!"

"I had to ask for sauce! For 4 burgers and 1 order of fries, they only gave me enough for 2 bites. Parking is not free at this McDonald's, but it is available if you're willing to pay for it. Three of the burgers I ordered were cold, even though I didn't ask for them to be served that way. The staff were polite as expected, but the overall management seemed lacking. This McDonald's doesn't compare to other bustling locations. However, on 1/12/2021, my burgers were fresh and hot, and they actually asked me if I wanted sauce and a cup holder. That made a big difference and I am happy to say I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars. Thank you."

"Well where do I start. McDonalds Swansea, Fabian Way. SA1 8LD. Date Tues 21.3.23. Time 10.06pm. This McDonalds need to change their slogan at this restaurant, Swansea on Fabian Way to ' Slow, Slow, Cold Food '..... I saw the long queue for the drive through. Both sides as the order units were backed up at 10.06pm. So thought why not just pop in and order at the till. Must be quicker ??? What a joke. My order went through at 10.12pm and then I waited, watching all the staff, well it looked like 4 in total behind the scenes carrying out their so called fast food service. Constant chit chatting between themselves, so slow with their working ethics, don 't care attitude. It was if there were no customers in the facility to worry about. Joke. Definitely not a fast food outlet by any means. A poor delivery driver had been waiting for ages before me for an order that he had phoned through earlier, which I over heard when the male manager ask the staff where his order was. I am sure with the time scale he would have been given a bad review. The male manager on at the time, seemed more interested in tilling up the cash registers than helping out with the back log of orders or actually getting his staff in a better working attitude and chivvying them up. Yes, my food was flamin cold to eat. Probably because it had been cooked and stood on the side due to the staff more interested in their chit chatting. My meal was served 30 minutes later after the order was given. Maybe the CEO of McDonalds should take a serious look into these constant bad reviews and send in mystery shoppers to investigate or give the managers up to date training on how to manage staff."

"Slow service and staff don't even smile and acknowledge you. Ate in and so glad we did as found a hair in the ice-cream. Staff are obviously not wearing hair nets. While I was waiting for my food a customer came in who had ordered through the drive through, got all the way home to find items missing and had to come all the way back, staff gave the missing items with absolutely no apology. Staff really need training on customer service"
"Today the restaurant was extremely busy and there was a long wait in the queue. However, the team was amazing and I was able to move through quickly. The restaurant itself seemed empty, and I wasn't sure if they offered takeaways. The team efficiently managed the waiting queue, directing people to the front and helping with traffic flow in the parking lot. They had new menu items, including katsu curry McNuggets, which I found to be unique but tasty. Unfortunately, there was a milkshake outage, which was disappointing. The team was professional and handled the busy crowd well, ensuring that the food was served promptly and hot. The only downside was the limited opening hours, as they close at midnight. Overall, it was a good experience and kudos to the team for their hard work."
