The staff and managers at this restaurant were excellent, with Josh standing out as particularly helpful. In my opinion, he is a star. The wait times were also short.

Asked for a cup of tea through the drive through. Got to my destination and started drinking. Tasted bland. Opened the lid. I just had hot water. No milk no tea bag. Thanks!

the girl on the way to the drive thru on own faust around 10 o'clock today needs a wage rise! Top quality they can say it is their job, but to be a friendly and a chat goes along! 10/10 from her

Possibly the worst mcdonalds I've been too. Took my order and after 20 mins still no food. Queue of people parked up waiting At least be honest when you're too incompetent to get the food ready on time Fast food it aint

Gone though drive way wanted a pain burger ask at first window when paying he said he can't do it ask at second window ask him he ask the manger he said no I would have to come in to the shop just to get one burger with my other food said in the car going cold

My husband often stops by this restaurant for coffee on his way to work. One morning, he ordered a meal but discovered he didn't receive a hash brown when he was already 20 minutes away. He mentioned it to them the next day, but was asked to prove it. Even though my husband is not one to complain, he was disappointed with the response.

Came here with grandchildren. Ordered on my phone at the table. It was quite busy and food took a little time to arrive. Children enjoyed their food, so did the adults. It is sometimes difficult to remember what is in each meal. My wife and I like McFlurries and apple Pies. The place is an old house. The staff are helpful. And the place was clean.

use this mcdobalds quite often for convenience but now avoid as much as poss always had the rudest staff....cleaners r lovely but must be in the kob description to be rude or have no personality at this particular branch!!!!! Long waits too and never apologise for blatebtly marking order as collected when seen stood there 20 min. And that's not even when its busy. Worst place
