"The restaurant was very busy during the daytime. The double-burger was delicious and came with a fresh salad. The nuggets were also tasty, and the plant burger was intriguing. It had a meat-like consistency, but the vegan cheese was a bit lacking. Unfortunately, they were out of chocolate shakes and a specific chicken dish that my son wanted. Despite the busyness, the service was good and the food was served hot."

"It was bad enough before the refurbishment ie hit and miss experience. NOW its just plain terrible with dire service, cold food and the vast majority of staff are all kids. The on duty staff spend more time dicking about like clowns with the staff that are off duty rather than serving. This leaves the mature staff who do work to deal with everything. If you have the misfortune to order inside, thats it your left to gather dust, they concentrate on drive thru and deliveroo. Its beyond a joke, when your ‘fast’ (as a snail) food arrives its colder than the iceberg that hit the Titanic, and generally not what youve ordered because the orders screwed, which is clearly the result of employing kids who have zero interest in working. You can tell the ones who do work and the ones who are useless layabouts."

"All good was nice and hot and as advertised. Our order was ready in less thAn 5 minutes. We are in, the area was clean and the staff cleared the tables if those too lazy to do it themselves. It's a busy branch with a drive through, it's possible to order on the McDonald's App and get your food delivered to your table, you can also preorder on the way so it's ready when you get there. It's worth having the App as you earn points and get freebies and get offers too. Staff here were all polite. Parking is available but at peak times you may struggle to find a space"

"I was in this McDonald’s and it was relatively busy but I won’t complain to much about that as I am a business woman and understand that in city centres like Glasgow this is to be expected. As I was waiting for my companions food I was holding my tray when a old small man cornered me and started to repeatedly tell me to close my eyes as it was very busy people were staring but not interacting, once I did not close my eyes he started pressuring my companion to tell me to close my eyes , obviously she declined , after much pressuring and cornering he stole some of my chips and ran. I was shocked by this happening as all the bystanders including ur staff didn’t intervene or help me in anyway. In past adventures to your shop I have seen children lighting fires and you have frequently not had things available like bakery items and sides. I have also had past experience from your toilets they are locked and there is no way to tell how to get in I have had to restrict my needs my rights because of a code in your bathroom. In conclusion I would just like you and your staff to be more aware of what is happening even if it’s busy and I would like an improvement on the toilets being locked and giving me a way to get in Kindness regards xx"

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience tonight at this restaurant. I placed my order through the app for a double Mcplant meal with only tomato, cheese, and lettuce on top of my bun and patties. However, when I received my order, I found that all the sauces, dill pickles, and onions were still on it despite my allergies. I removed these toppings, but to my dismay, they were still present in the burger. I am shocked and cannot believe this happened."

"Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were informed that our table was reserved for a limited time, which came across as rude. We were a group of 5 having a business dinner and were not given the chance to order desserts or coffee. We felt rushed to pay our bill after finishing our main courses. Despite spending over £800 on the meal, we were unable to order anything to end our dining experience, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the restaurant added a donation to our bill without our consent. I will not be returning to Coya in the future."

"Used to be great but now not so much. I work late on the weekends and usually finish early hours in the morning. On 4 different occasions I have given them a chance to redeem from the last but still it just gets worse and worse, long waits, wrong food and missing food, rude staff and no help what so ever after complaining. "McDonald's restaurants offer good regular menu items that are quite tasty, but the fries are often served cold and limp without any crispiness. I understand that they may not always be served immediately, causing them to lose their heat, but a quick re-dip in hot oil every 10 minutes would help bring back their freshness. My main issue with many McDonald's restaurants is their traffic management. Due to their popularity, especially on weekends, long lines of cars can often block nearby main roads or access to other shops, particularly in retail parks. I believe McDonald's should have staff monitor the traffic and prevent it from blocking entrances and roads to other areas."

"Cold again and blamed on Uber eats then refused refund , food went straight in the bin , I advise anyone who receives cold food and refused a refund to raise a dispute with your bank and get the money back that way in the meantime a family of 6 won’t be buying Anymore McDonald’s anytime soon, the best way to speak as a paying customer is to behave like a paying customer and to be treated as one or 6!
