"McDonald's restaurants offer good regular menu items that are quite tasty, but the fries are often served cold and limp without any crispiness. I understand that they may not always be served immediately, causing them to lose their heat, but a quick re-dip in hot oil every 10 minutes would help bring back their freshness. My main issue with many McDonald's restaurants is their traffic management. Due to their popularity, especially on weekends, long lines of cars can often block nearby main roads or access to other shops, particularly in retail parks. I believe McDonald's should have staff monitor the traffic and prevent it from blocking entrances and roads to other areas."

"I ordered from this branch via the McDonald’s app. A Big Mac meal, a Quarter Pounder meal, and two cheeseburgers. The Quarter Pounder burger was missing. I only got the fries and drink. I contacted Uber Eats, and they refunded me just £2.34, then told me to reorder the burger myself for £9.75 (with delivery and service fees). I didn’t bother reordering – why should I pay extra for their mistake? Uber Eats customer service was useless, and McDonald’s virtual assistant might as well not exist. There’s no way to contact the restaurant directly, so you’re basically stuck hoping for the best. Think twice before ordering – and cross your fingers, because if something goes wrong, they won’t fix it. Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. "This restaurant has its ups and downs. The food is what you would expect from McDonald's, but I usually use the drive-thru and they often make mistakes when I order. For example, I asked for a simple latte and got a toffee one, I paid for a double sausage McMuffin but received a single, or they left egg on my order when I asked for it without. I also had a strange experience where the employee insisted they didn't have flavored lattes, only for me to find it on the app later and ask for it at pick up, where they then gave me the syrup if I wanted."

"After our Uber driver had an unfortunate incident, the branch manager was incredibly friendly and accommodating on February 4, 2022, around 8:10 PM. He listened to our concerns about Uber and generously offered us a full refund for the meal we had just purchased. We only docked one star, as the first staff member we spoke with seemed unaware of certain issues, and our food was served lukewarm. However, the manager himself truly deserves a full 5 stars!"

"Think new staff or something are bringing this place down. Orders constantly wrong the last few times, fries soggy and milkshakes leaking out of plastic cap. Not ideal. Especially when it’s drive thru AND Uber.I know it’s edgy to ‘act your wage’ since a few months ago, but making basic pre packaged, pre prepared food is pretty simple.Also, the influx of Uber is destroying the feel and authenticity of what was once fast food, as is the self ordering system. It’s a known fact that everything is going down hill since this became the norm."

"fish and chip Friday for fritte’s and voul au vents. on Friday in holborn, good atmosphere, tasty eating and over 52 beers choose. my favorite is the strawberry fruit beer and the Kriek-Kirschenbier. as veggie and since this restaurant specializes in moule and rotisserie huhn I was not quite sure what to expect, but the veggie option of leek courgette and pak choi voul au vents in a blue cheese sauce with a side of double boiled chips was really delicious and definitiw different. my dinning kumpel had a red pfeffer and tomato half redisserie huhn, which he quoted was the best he had in london. the portions are massive, so the desert had to skip, but the desert menu looked incredible, from chocolate fountain with salted caramel ice and bacon cheesecake will get a visit in belgo again only desert to get good service tasting something else deffo a visit worth 8/10"
