"This restaurant has its ups and downs. The food is what you would expect from McDonald's, but I usually use the drive-thru and they often make mistakes when I order. For example, I asked for a simple latte and got a toffee one, I paid for a double sausage McMuffin but received a single, or they left egg on my order when I asked for it without. I also had a strange experience where the employee insisted they didn't have flavored lattes, only for me to find it on the app later and ask for it at pick up, where they then gave me the syrup if I wanted."

I'm here for lunch. Ordered a burger meal with bacon, but it did not come with any, need to wait for a replacement almost came back to work late. Otherwise it's okay.

When we first arrived, a man with long hair was rude to me and my family, which immediately turned us off. The customer service was slow and lacking in quality. We definitely will not be returning to this restaurant.

Went to the Oxford Road McDonald's today at 14.17 Asked for 2 Sweet Chilli wraps, one Oasis no ice, a diet coke, BUT ONLY GOT ONE MEAL. Also asked for a Twix Mcflurry a Malteser Flurry and 5 chicken selects, I was only CHARGED FOR ONE MEAL View menu

The service we received at this restaurant today was absolutely terrible! Despite being regular customers, they completely messed up our order and we had to continuously go back and forth to get it right. The staff seemed clueless and had no idea what they were doing.

McDonald's Reading is a sad place. It's too expensive, not very good, and the one I visited was not what I would think was clean. It is a stereotypical fast food joint without matching the price structure. There are better options if you are looking for Junk Food in Reading. Avoid McDonalds if you can.

Absolutely awful .... I went in on my way to work . Chips came out really greasy and big Mac was stone cold. Half way through I started to feel a bit nauseous I tried to go to the toilet but the staff was rude and wouldn't let me use them even though I purchased food) I tried to eat more but ended up running out of the door to be immediately sick. Made an app order and had voucher £5 off when you spend £15 on the last step it did not went through…after few attempts I had to cancel the order and order again, now the order went through without the voucher… Waiting time 45 min 0 stars Food quality/fries half portion 0 stars Customer satisfaction 0 stars Definitely will not recommend and will not coming back, many restaurants around that value their customers.

This midumm skirt has 2 floors and many seating. And is located at Friar St in Reading. As with all MaCdonalds restrictions, there are some useful self-service screens. These screens make the order to your meal and pay very easy. You can also order your MacDonalds app code and add table service across the terms This branch is very accessible for wheelchair users and buggies, with accessible toilets on the ground floor.

"This place is absolutely amazing and became a weekly spot for me. The owners are so friendly warm and kind and will do anything to ensure you have the best time. The atmosphere feels very cosy and relaxed and there is always a great vibe. The food is really good, a nice variety on offer with very fair and affordable prices. I would recommend having the lamb sausage platter. Simply delicious! The range of drinks are amazing as well and there is something for everyone. "definitiw a hidden food treasure in a lower corner of caversham with good service, great ambiente, high quality delicious Nepalese cuisine and an excellent value for money. the menu offers a large selection and there is no so-called service fee, as is now a norm for almost anywhere where they eat. they also offer deliveroo and just eat service. priya was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly."

"platz was really busy when we arrived with people who were not booked away, so it is very popular. the staff was friendly and helpful. the table was a bit small and sometimes felt somewhat cramped, especially with overlapping table sets. it was also next to the disabled toilet. (hence the -1 star) eating was really nice and cooked, just as we asked. they also had an extensive wine list with very beautiful weeping. I'd go back if I knew I was sitting somewhere else."

"Since we last visited some years ago the Everest has made a real effort with their décor including a new beer garden out front. Lighting inside is decorative and colourful but overall ambience is a little too bright maybe? Our food was very disappointing, we ordered Everest Special Mismas and Mixed Grill Masala as mains. Both were higher priced dishes that were supposed to include prawns but there were none in either dish. The Mismas didn 't look anything like the menu photo but in fairness they do state Photos are for suggestion only: Actual Platters may appear DIFFERENT . The Masala grill was described as medium sauce but our dish was very mild with no trace of chilli heat. The stuffed paratha was undercooked and greasy. Pilau rice and vegetable bhuna side however were both very good. Kingfisher and Cobra are served on draft but both were charged 30p a pint more than the printed menu price it 's gone up was the explanation. Prices overall are fair but I was hoping for authentic tasty food that at least lived up to the menu descriptions."

"It was our first time and it will not be our last. From the time we were shown to our table this experience was divine because of the food , atmosphere and service and that was Harriet who made the evening a wonderful Birthday celebration. I had the London Street Brasserie Lobster Prawn Cocktail. It was by far the best prawn cocktail I have ever had. I loved the addition of avocado which took it to another level. My main was a Seared Bream Fillet , Grilled Octopus. It was accompanied with Isle of Wight Tomatoes , Asparagus , Saute Jersey Royals Avocado Purée. Every element of the dish was perfect and complimented each other. This plate of perfection was on a level named sublime and I finished on a Key Lime Meringue with a Margarita Sorbet. When I ordered this Harriet had mentioned this was her favourite and after I had finished I knew why. It was light , refreshing and the flavours were out of this world. When I return I would easily have all of this again. You have not lived an exciting life until you experienced this amazing restaurant for yourself. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone who reads this"
