"P . Are we in the age where the workers at the till stare at you and refuse to serve you unless you wait for five minutes? Got up to grab a coffee after meal (usually use app by my cards being replaced), table got stolen by teenage kids even though my items were there and my two young kids had their seats stole. All because I was being very blatantly ignored. Rude(yes it falls into it) counter staff with lack of basic customer service skills. Annoyed by a large group of young kids taking seating from a P1 and nursery child. Seems like the days of mcds being family orientated have long since departed. Miffed doesn't come close to it. If I could use some more colourful wording, I would."

Very disappointing food. It was very cold and the server had packed the ketchup dips on top of the 3 ice creams which had melted. Tried to phone the restaurant to raise a complaint but they do not answer their phone.

Not worth the money. Over priced chicken burger .Parking: Very small parking area for a McDonald's . Very disappointed with my chicken burger it was tasteless, only mayo and lettuce was on burger. Coke was warm ..no ice

decent mcdonald’s. although the waiting time is quite long. came for an breakfast and waited for about 15 minutes to be served to eat, that was lukewarm. I personally think that the just eating delivery movement that was made mayhem caused in most of the franchises.

This has to be the best mcdonald's franchise. All staff members are so professional, kind, helpful and friendly, great customer service and the food is always warm. I always stop buy when I pass through the area. Recommend if you're a trucker at night and nowhere to find hot food.

This used to be a great wee McDonald's. But in the last year or so, standards have slipped. The food is often wrong, change short. And of most note, when you politely ask for issues to be rectified, there's a manager here that never admits her mistakes, has an attitude a mile wide, and frankly needs fired before she causes this franchise to fail. It's no wonder so many mistakes are being made if she's their manager.

Ordered through McDonald’s app, order was wrong, this was the 3rd occasion in a row we have had items missing. Each time I have had to go to store after paying for delivery. When I attended the store the manager advised me this is the chance you take with placing a order for delivery and stated that it was not thier responsibility it was wrong. Very poor service indeed. Tried to make a complaint to McDonald’s which is almost impossible to do. Will never be back to this store
