"The restaurant was very busy during the daytime. The double-burger was delicious and came with a fresh salad. The nuggets were also tasty, and the plant burger was intriguing. It had a meat-like consistency, but the vegan cheese was a bit lacking. Unfortunately, they were out of chocolate shakes and a specific chicken dish that my son wanted. Despite the busyness, the service was good and the food was served hot."

"When you ask for a specific item I don’t expect to be told I can only have it in quantity of 20 not 9 or 6. Then they say they will put 6 spicy chicken nuggets into a bag and charge you and then when you get home you have 6 normal ones despite been charged for 6 spicy ones. "Waited over 90 minutes for food it came ice cold couldn’t eat a thing! We received the wrong drinks too so didn’t like them and was yet again unable to drink them. "very poor service last 3 or 4 times that my daughter in law has ordered online for delivery for the whole family, the entire order was wrong, but if she ordered for herself, my son and big daughter there is no problem. last time my 5 year old big daughter happy eating was completely missing (the main reason for ordering at first place) and my daughter in law had to go to sort it so what was the point, even order online at first place. today my big daughter got her happy meal minus the burger in the so-called hamburger. special orders did have labels on, but what are good the labels when they are left blank! these are just some of the c**k-ups that have experienced my family loading from this. rant now to try to call them again and hopefully through how they never get the phone. Let's see if they do this time."

"I was in this McDonald’s and it was relatively busy but I won’t complain to much about that as I am a business woman and understand that in city centres like Glasgow this is to be expected. As I was waiting for my companions food I was holding my tray when a old small man cornered me and started to repeatedly tell me to close my eyes as it was very busy people were staring but not interacting, once I did not close my eyes he started pressuring my companion to tell me to close my eyes , obviously she declined , after much pressuring and cornering he stole some of my chips and ran. I was shocked by this happening as all the bystanders including ur staff didn’t intervene or help me in anyway. In past adventures to your shop I have seen children lighting fires and you have frequently not had things available like bakery items and sides. I have also had past experience from your toilets they are locked and there is no way to tell how to get in I have had to restrict my needs my rights because of a code in your bathroom. In conclusion I would just like you and your staff to be more aware of what is happening even if it’s busy and I would like an improvement on the toilets being locked and giving me a way to get in Kindness regards xx"

"I lived in some bad almost food restaurants in mine, but oh my good, that was cruel. when the mcdonalds were introduced, it seemed like a complete chaos, all the machines were down and the personal did not try to do anything or serve the people in the bar. Finally, I informed my order only after the purchase of what I had not made available. there was no excuse for the restaurant, but I understand that these things happen. as vegetarian, there were not many other options for me, but they offered me veggie dimmer (shafter than what I originally ordered) after ten minutes waiting for the veggie dimmer (40 minutes in the restaurant overall) I decided to go it time. I asked for a full refund, the worker did not respond to me when I asked, but he told his manager who rolled her eyes and left a huff out. I understand that the work in hospitality is difficult, but a bit customer service or general friendliness would have been appreciated. she didn't tell me a word while she arranged the refund. she gave it in cash (the wrong money) and then went away. terrible experience. the opposite was inadmissible, unorganized, nothing worked and the staff was terrible. I worked in a McDonalds restaurant myself, and I think something really needs to change."

"Used to be great but now not so much. I work late on the weekends and usually finish early hours in the morning. On 4 different occasions I have given them a chance to redeem from the last but still it just gets worse and worse, long waits, wrong food and missing food, rude staff and no help what so ever after complaining. I know they use certain staff for the day time and for the evening so I’m not sure it’s a a general thing or just a nighttime things has I haven’t been in the day. Before the had renovated this site it seemed to be pretty decent and I could never say a bad thing but now it just seems that it’s all fallen to bits, poor management and all the staff seem clueless"

"For such a small restaurant with only a few seats, you get so much when you eat here. I was served by a gentleman named Milano. Friendly, polite and clearly enjoys what he does. The burrito he handed me was large and heavy enough to cause moderate trauma if used as a weapon and only cost £8.95. It was stuffed to bursting with pork, rice, olives, peppers, jalapenos, sliced beets, salsa, queso, cheese and green sauce. The quality was great as well, robust tortilla and tasty, fresh ingredients. There was a short wait whilst he filled other orders but the wait was absolutely worth it. I'd say if you love mexican street food and want this put together by a true professional, the wait is totally worth it. I'll definitely be back again Gracias mi amigos!"
