"I decided to use the app as usual to order from this restaurant. The drive-thru line was long, so I went inside to pick up my order. Even though there were three people ahead of me, my app order was prepared first. I was back in my car in less than 5 minutes while the other drivers had barely moved. The service was excellent."

"After a long visit to the hospital with my young child, I must say that the service at this restaurant today was truly exceptional. The staff, especially the two young women at the front of the house, were incredibly welcoming. One of them even went above and beyond to interact with children, coloring balloons with them. The food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant looked very clean. I was very impressed. Thank you."

"P . Are we in the age where the workers at the till stare at you and refuse to serve you unless you wait for five minutes? Got up to grab a coffee after meal (usually use app by my cards being replaced), table got stolen by teenage kids even though my items were there and my two young kids had their seats stole. All because I was being very blatantly ignored. Rude(yes it falls into it) counter staff with lack of basic customer service skills. Annoyed by a large group of young kids taking seating from a P1 and nursery child. Seems like the days of mcds being family orientated have long since departed. Miffed doesn't come close to it. If I could use some more colourful wording, I would."

"Appalling experience from start to finish. The touchscreen is not intuitive and it takes far longer to place an order using it than just talking to a person. Had to queue 5 minutes to use it, too. No milkshakes, as per usual. Had to stand and wait for 20 minutes for our order. Our burgers had been standing around for a good 10 minutes before the chips were added and the bag handed over. (No trays available, apparently. Tables were dirty and in short supply because the upstairs seating was closed off. When we opened the bag, we discovered the ketchup had been left out, and only 1 straw for our drinks included. Also discovered Big Macs are disgusting served cold!"

"This McDonald's is the smallest one I have ever visited. I went with my granddaughter during the October week, and we will not be returning. We arrived at the McDonald's around 1:00 and couldn't find a table. After waiting for about 45 minutes, we came back and waited another 5-10 minutes for a table. Once we were seated, I placed our order on the screen. We ordered a McChicken sandwich and a Happy Meal. After waiting for about 20 minutes, our order still hadn't arrived. I went to speak to the lady at the counter, and she informed me that our order never went through, so I had to order again. I had also requested a salad instead of chips, but our order came with a salad that I didn't ask for. My granddaughter got a milkshake, and I ordered an orange juice, but the cups contained a milkshake and coffee with cream and caramel instead. I had to go back to the counter to get the correct drink. When my granddaughter wanted an ice cream, we waited for 10 minutes before I went to ask why it was taking so long. The man told me he hadn't even started making it yet. The milkshake also had its lid on incorrectly. The chaos in the kitchen was evident, as two employees were discussing it openly. The lack of visible toilets led my granddaughter to think the kitchen was the restroom. I will not be returning to this McDonald's."

"I had to ask for sauce! For 4 burgers and 1 order of fries, they only gave me enough for 2 bites. Parking is not free at this McDonald's, but it is available if you're willing to pay for it. Three of the burgers I ordered were cold, even though I didn't ask for them to be served that way. The staff were polite as expected, but the overall management seemed lacking. This McDonald's doesn't compare to other bustling locations. However, on 1/12/2021, my burgers were fresh and hot, and they actually asked me if I wanted sauce and a cup holder. That made a big difference and I am happy to say I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars. Thank you."

"the hotel is located at the top and had connections to A289. the harbour is not too far from this mcdonald’s. they had a modern stylish look to it as they enter from the self-service machine to order their meal or drinks. they are a fast food chain. the latte I ordered came to me pretty fast and the taste was good, better than what I expected to be honest. the employees well dressed and represented the company on professional wise, the toilets are clean."

"Definitiw is no longer considered "fast food". Half of the order screens were not functioning, leading to a long wait time that extended throughout the entire restaurant. The employees did not seem to be concerned about the issue. It took 15 minutes for me to receive my drink, making the service painfully slow."

"I ordered one meal and one side at this restaurant. I was given a drink and told to park my car. There was no explanation as to why this seems to happen every time I visit. We waited around ten minutes for our food to be brought out to us, even though there were only two cars behind us in the queue that were also told to park. The woman who brought out our food was soaking wet as it was pouring down rain. When I checked the bag, I noticed that the sauces I paid for were missing. When the woman returned with the sauces, I had to go inside to get a straw because one was also missing. The food was only warm, indicating that it may have been sitting out for a while before being brought to us. I question the purpose of having a drive-through if this is the experience. It should be noted that the restaurant did not seem to be short-staffed."

"Family of three went out for Friday night treat choose this particular one because of the soft play all I can say is NEVER again the food was stone cold, and the behaviour of the kids in the soft play was horrific there where two older lad lad screaming and shout and banging on the equipment to the point that the whole ceiling was shaking none of the kids could play in there because they where genuinely scared and not one member of staff intervened asked the kids the leave or anything I get that these kids are not their responsibility but when they are unsupervised and upsetting other children they should at least ty to intervene I suggested that they called the police but they refused"
