"Came in today at lunch before going kayaking with my family. We ordered all our food and 2 large colas 2 medium colas. When the food was ready the server walked past me with my food so I said that’s Mine ? (So he didn’t have to carry it anymore) he said it’s table 20s ? So off he went to an empty number 20 table then finally after walking after him he gave us our food after doing a mini keep fit class chasing him round McDonald’s…. To my horror! I got given 4 cans of cola for my 4 colas I ordered taking in mind i ordered 2 medium 2 large (different prices) yet get a can of cola ? Apparently something was up with the drinks machines? No signs up saying this to prewarn customers? No apologies? No refund? So if you buy a small cola you get a can? If you buy a large you get a can? Who on earth came up with this brain wave??? Totally unacceptable!! And to top it off I had two older members of staff on there “break” beside me and had to listen to them both nagging about staff and everything else …. I wont be back!"

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered over £40 worth of food only for half not to come and then they won’t deal with you in phone and leave you on hold them out the phone off the hook.

Me and my brother went for dinner from the caravan site next to this establishment and came back from getting our food and was planning on sitting down for a nice dinner when we found hair all over my brothers chips , horrible. View menu

McDonald's was decent, but the service was quite slow. When I received a cup of tea, the tea bag was split in the cup. However, I did receive a replacement, although it took about 10 minutes for it to be handed to me. The customer service assistant did apologize for the delay. Overall, everything was just okay.

I placed my order at 5:23 and was provided with a delivery estimate of 5:55-6:15. However, only part of my order was delivered at 6:33. My own meal was missing and when I called McDonald's, they claimed it was unavailable even though I was able to order it over an hour before delivery. The food that did arrive was cold. I am currently waiting for a refund for the items that never arrived and hoping for a refund for the rest of the order that arrived cold.

"Unfortunately not great, table of 4 for dinner on Sunday at 1930. Football on for Euros so good atmosphere, service was good but food let it down. Two had Bruschetta which was lovely, I had parfait which was just a slice of pate. No issue with pate but needs reworded on menu. Chicken tempura starter was good but huge, enough to be a main course, could have done with another dip maybe? Two had half pizza half pasta, they said the pasta's were good, pizza was ok. I had the burger which was very poor, no lettuce or tomato, heavily chargrilled and that was all I could taste, also overcooked very dry. Charged £1.45 for a single slice of cheese to be added and given the burger was £17.95 with no salad this seemed very poor value. Chips were good. Other diner had chicken supreme which was ok. Ingliston is a lovely place but food just wasn't very good so wouldn't go out my way to return."

"live before place and always used to go. was impressed twice recently and both males less than by service. the first time with two friends to lunch and we came and stood under the sign for about 10 minutes, which said to wait to sit. After we were not recognized, we chose our own table and set ourselves. we had to approach 15 minutes, we were just going. as usual, eating was great, which always seems easy to make for the service and convince us to give them another try. in the next week with another group of friends returned to dinner, I said to them, I wasn't thinking about as service was recently bad, but we couldn't get a reservation elsewhere and the others wanted to go here. When I arrived a few minutes after the rest, my friend said to me, she thinks they should have listened to me when the girl she was sitting was really rude. for the first half of our night was the girl that was with us, quite short, and I would say a bit of a bad attitude, very crisp. once smiled, barely looked up and almost bark asking about orders to us. After they left at a point table, we talked to each other, we should ask to speak to a manager, as you were terrible. whether she had overheard us or just had a heart change, it was like at night and day from then. so smiling and chatting and bending back to give good service. because they mask up and his hard to see faces I was really asking it was another girl who had taken over, but I'm 99 sure it was the same girl just a fresh job. as mentioned above, eating is always done very well to the kitchen staff. it's a shame that the service is just what he was earlier and out discussions with others I am definitiw not the only person who thinks that. lorimers has a real opportunity, as I think that the opposite has no good restaurants, so it's a shame that they let themselves down when I'm so often I would try differently before I book here."

"The Glenny is a beloved restaurant in Dumbarton that everyone frequents. The food is amazing, with generous portion sizes and reasonable prices. There is a wide variety of options available.
