"Ordered deserts for delivery last night and was very disappointed. The bubble gum sunday was 3 small scoops of bland ice cream with some cream in a small takeaway tub. At £5.50 it wasn’t value for money and wasn’t really a sunday and was tasteless. We also ordered chocolate pudding and custard but they forgot to put the custard in. The driver did agree to come back with custard in 5 minutes. He did then return about 15 minutes later with 2 pots of cold custard and the pudding which was only luke warm when it had been delivered had to be microwaved with the custard. They did bring 2 free scoops of chocolate ice cream to say sorry for the mistake with the order which was a nice gesture but was very disappointed with the quality of what we received. Wouldn’t order again"

"a unique art gallery and weeping. the Berkeley gallery has made itself an evening oasis for tasting and enjoyment of wine and art. with a prepaid card from the bar you can sample about 25 different weine in measures from 25 to 250 ml. without price for small tasting measures! or if they prefer, they order from the bar and are served as somewhere else. and they'll make them cheese and meatboards. oh, and I almost forgot. they can admire some beautiful art while enjoying their wine."

"The decoration was great... That's pretty much that. The food was a tasteless mixture in between cement and disgust. The nachos were horrible, the cheese wasn't even melted at all. After 2 minutes on the table the cheese started to cut up and to form small balls of cheese. When we told the waitress she said that she will pass the message to the kitchen, and that's it. The Mac n cheese had crumps of something very funny looking on top, as long as I remember it wasn't mention on the menu, and to be honest, a pinch of salt would have save it, maybe. The burgers were floating, like literally floating in oil, and the bacon was falling in pieces on the plate. The worst part was that the Yates in front of us was full of people while this place was fully empty, we could have spent our 28 pounds there instead."

"fabulous cuisine! our party of six had tried to find a restaurant on Saturday night and everywhere was closed when we asked the staff here at almost 12:00, although we were ready to finish for the night, welcomed us with warm. all the staff were friendly and helpful they served us happy and nothing was a problem for them, I cannot thank them enough! to add it from our meals were all really delicious, so much taste and served with carefree, compliments to the cooks and all the workers here in this jewel of a restaurant! "Restaurant not even half full on a dry Saturday evening but still noisy as voices echoed around the room. Felt service and amount/quantity of food supplied very limited due to having a Groupon voucher. Other customers had fuller plates of food, with a little salad on the plate to liven up dishes. Small steak and very small side of chips and that was it, no extras. Dessert sounded ok but mine was 2 scoops of ice-cream with 4 little chocolate truffles on the side. Also with the large service charge on drinks, didn't make for a reasonable night out with friends."

"So I'm on a mission to lose some weight and get healthy, my daughter was adamant she wanted to come here for dessert. We heard it was under new management, so we were a little apprehensive. However, I enjoyed it before, but I used always get a waffle. We walked in, and the new owner was there to greet us. He told me straight away there weren't any waffles available, and to have some would be a half-hour wait. The waffles were the reason we went. I almost walked out of there, but my daughter wanted the ice cream instead. So we were a group of My children made their order and enjoyed it; the youngest one went for that blue ice cream. She enjoyed it but wasn't a fan of bits that were in it. The other three enjoyed their desserts. I thought I'd get a sundae; call it a proper cheat day (I have a lot of them). I got the chocolate sundae, and for once in my life, it was perfect. Not too sweet I felt sick, but just right so I could enjoy it and finish it off. Great value for money, and the customer service was flawless. I told my daughters to go make their orders, but the older were being shy, so when I was sitting on the table asking one of them what they wanted, I repeated it loud enough the owner got the gist of what I was doing, and was in the ball. Really nice desserts, couldn't recommend it enough. Will be back maybe even tomorrow for a waffle. Just gotta watch those calories. Lol."
