"This place is crazy! The Italian Gelato is to die full of flavor and texture, the raspberry and lemon were amazing. My wife loved the foolish smoothie and the kids loved the ice cream. "The decoration was great... That's pretty much that. The food was a tasteless mixture in between cement and disgust. The nachos were horrible, the cheese wasn't even melted at all. After 2 minutes on the table the cheese started to cut up and to form small balls of cheese. When we told the waitress she said that she will pass the message to the kitchen, and that's it. The Mac n cheese had crumps of something very funny looking on top, as long as I remember it wasn't mention on the menu, and to be honest, a pinch of salt would have save it, maybe. The burgers were floating, like literally floating in oil, and the bacon was falling in pieces on the plate. The worst part was that the Yates in front of us was full of people while this place was fully empty, we could have spent our 28 pounds there instead."

"Great place just ordered 2 oreo milkshakes, 1 toffee crisp and Mars bar milkshake and 2 milkybar milkshakes, fantastic service polite girl behind the counter, every time I order ive never had a dud milkshakes yet, there consistent, there hygiene is top spec, the decor is appropriate with what looks to be hand painted a lovely touch and with a little elf on the shelf, top marks I can reccomend with confidence these are the place to get your milkshakes. "fabulous cuisine! our party of six had tried to find a restaurant on Saturday night and everywhere was closed when we asked the staff here at almost 12:00, although we were ready to finish for the night, welcomed us with warm. all the staff were friendly and helpful they served us happy and nothing was a problem for them, I cannot thank them enough! to add it from our meals were all really delicious, so much taste and served with carefree, compliments to the cooks and all the workers here in this jewel of a restaurant! "I have booked frankie on a Chelsea playing day because I have torn my Achilies Serne, I am in gips and crutches with very limited mobility. we arrived at the restaurant to find that the toptable reservation had not gone through the restaurant and we had no table booked on an extremely busy day. I'm not sure who was more angry, I or the manager and saw my need that he was fit us into which I was certainly very uncomfortable. So I can honestly say that the customer service was excellent and we had a very good meal."

"So I'm on a mission to lose some weight and get healthy, my daughter was adamant she wanted to come here for dessert. We heard it was under new management, so we were a little apprehensive. However, I enjoyed it before, but I used always get a waffle. We walked in, and the new owner was there to greet us. He told me straight away there weren't any waffles available, and to have some would be a half-hour wait. The waffles were the reason we went. I almost walked out of there, but my daughter wanted the ice cream instead. So we were a group of My children made their order and enjoyed it; the youngest one went for that blue ice cream. She enjoyed it but wasn't a fan of bits that were in it. The other three enjoyed their desserts. I thought I'd get a sundae; call it a proper cheat day (I have a lot of them). I got the chocolate sundae, and for once in my life, it was perfect. Not too sweet I felt sick, but just right so I could enjoy it and finish it off. Great value for money, and the customer service was flawless. I told my daughters to go make their orders, but the older were being shy, so when I was sitting on the table asking one of them what they wanted, I repeated it loud enough the owner got the gist of what I was doing, and was in the ball. Really nice desserts, couldn't recommend it enough. Will be back maybe even tomorrow for a waffle. Just gotta watch those calories. Lol."
