They even went out of their way to surprise our daughter with a milkshake for her special day. "Ordered deserts for delivery last night and was very disappointed. The bubble gum sunday was 3 small scoops of bland ice cream with some cream in a small takeaway tub. At £5.50 it wasn’t value for money and wasn’t really a sunday and was tasteless. We also ordered chocolate pudding and custard but they forgot to put the custard in. The driver did agree to come back with custard in 5 minutes. He did then return about 15 minutes later with 2 pots of cold custard and the pudding which was only luke warm when it had been delivered had to be microwaved with the custard. They did bring 2 free scoops of chocolate ice cream to say sorry for the mistake with the order which was a nice gesture but was very disappointed with the quality of what we received. Wouldn’t order again"

"We had a trip out to Berko today and the kids wanted a Milkshake and as if by magic we were walking past the Shaken Cow. My kids loved the huge choice and I was taken back to my childhood with the choice of some old favourites as fillings. I see the previous comment mentions being expensive. If you want a cheap one with just chocolate, vanilla or strawberry then go to McDonalds. If you want thick, creamy and loads of sweets and a multitude of flavours then I’d say they are fairly priced. It’s not an everyday drink so I’d say spending a few pennies more is definitely worth it."

"The decoration was great... That's pretty much that. The food was a tasteless mixture in between cement and disgust. The nachos were horrible, the cheese wasn't even melted at all. After 2 minutes on the table the cheese started to cut up and to form small balls of cheese. When we told the waitress she said that she will pass the message to the kitchen, and that's it. The Mac n cheese had crumps of something very funny looking on top, as long as I remember it wasn't mention on the menu, and to be honest, a pinch of salt would have save it, maybe. The burgers were floating, like literally floating in oil, and the bacon was falling in pieces on the plate. The worst part was that the Yates in front of us was full of people while this place was fully empty, we could have spent our 28 pounds there instead."

"Great place just ordered 2 oreo milkshakes, 1 toffee crisp and Mars bar milkshake and 2 milkybar milkshakes, fantastic service polite girl behind the counter, every time I order ive never had a dud milkshakes yet, there consistent, there hygiene is top spec, the decor is appropriate with what looks to be hand painted a lovely touch and with a little elf on the shelf, top marks I can reccomend with confidence these are the place to get your milkshakes. "I thought this was an average place the food was nice, prices were reasonable, plenty of parking out the front decor was nice, the girls serving were friendly and efficient. I had a mock-tail which was nice. They don’t sell alcohol here, but I believe you can bring your own. the only things I would say which were negative were that 1. It was absolute freezing in there 2. They constantly have ‘just eat’ drivers coming in threw the front door which a. Let the cold air in continuously and b. Was annoying because they then pack the orders into the delivery bags on the bar, it’s distracting and they should do this in the back and drivers use a back door. 3. Every time a driver comes they press a door bell which is really loud and annoying and distributive to your table conversation. It’s not good etiquette. If not for these 3 things I would have rated higher."

Food:-Items i tried are Chicken kabsa ,sirilion steak,vegitaranian pizza ,vegetable samosa ,chicken shish wrap are very tastey. They had a large menu with widevariety of tasty dishes . You can organize functions like birthdays and anniversary with pre booking. They are famous in making wedding cakes as well. Shop is having toilet facility Parking Have some parking slots infront of the shop which is quite harder to get otherwise you have to find some nearby."

"Restaurant not even half full on a dry Saturday evening but still noisy as voices echoed around the room. Felt service and amount/quantity of food supplied very limited due to having a Groupon voucher. Other customers had fuller plates of food, with a little salad on the plate to liven up dishes. Small steak and very small side of chips and that was it, no extras. Dessert sounded ok but mine was 2 scoops of ice-cream with 4 little chocolate truffles on the side. Also with the large service charge on drinks, didn't make for a reasonable night out with friends."

"So I'm on a mission to lose some weight and get healthy, my daughter was adamant she wanted to come here for dessert. We heard it was under new management, so we were a little apprehensive. However, I enjoyed it before, but I used always get a waffle. We walked in, and the new owner was there to greet us. He told me straight away there weren't any waffles available, and to have some would be a half-hour wait. The waffles were the reason we went. I almost walked out of there, but my daughter wanted the ice cream instead. So we were a group of My children made their order and enjoyed it; the youngest one went for that blue ice cream. She enjoyed it but wasn't a fan of bits that were in it. The other three enjoyed their desserts. I thought I'd get a sundae; call it a proper cheat day (I have a lot of them). I got the chocolate sundae, and for once in my life, it was perfect. Not too sweet I felt sick, but just right so I could enjoy it and finish it off. Great value for money, and the customer service was flawless. I told my daughters to go make their orders, but the older were being shy, so when I was sitting on the table asking one of them what they wanted, I repeated it loud enough the owner got the gist of what I was doing, and was in the ball. Really nice desserts, couldn't recommend it enough. Will be back maybe even tomorrow for a waffle. Just gotta watch those calories. Lol."
