"Food was delicious. I felt that the rice to share was certainly very small and we were eating from the a La carte menu. We asked for desert and a coffee they didn’t have the desert we wanted and the coffee machine was out of order. I also asked for irn bru and they didn’t have that either. Overall was a nice meal, however let down by lack of things on the menu."

"Balbirs provided an excellent experience as always, but with a touch of sadness. "Unfortunately would not recommend. I’m really shocked my parents suggested ordering a takeaway from here tbh. We spent £68 in total. We ordered 3 starters and got one small yogurt dip and a tiny bag of soggy salad. We got onion salad only because we specifically ordered it, spent £5 on four papadums and only litteraly got 4 and the food didn’t really taste that great. If you fancy onion bhajis then just be aware that you get two. Seriously. I would suggest ordering from somewhere else."

"a mixed grill, chicken Passanda, pilaureis, chapati, paratha and poppadome ordered. mischgrill was mixed in terms of good and bad, tandoori huhn was very good, but lamm tikka was almost too chew to eat. Passanda was very good with chickens. chapati was acceptable. paratha was really thick and rocky, so my wife couldn't eat much of it. naan, who came with mixed grill, was a little dry and could have done with a fast brush ghee or something before it was in these packages. poppadoms tasted a little salty from some ground, but they were crispy and fresh. overall it is the place I go to when I want a mixed grill, but can try it again for something else. I will say that I usually do not order takeaway on a Friday or Saturday night, as with most local standards can be a bit with the volume they churn out. so they would have had only a bit of a night in relation to the mixed grill and paratha."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I was promised a 10% discount on my takeaway order, but when I returned to pick up my food, I was charged the full price. The staff claimed that the menu already included the 10% discount, which is not true. When I asked for the discount, they only reduced the price of the main course by £1, but not the starter, vegetable dish, or naan bread. They refused to honor the discount, so I was overcharged by £2.70. I will not be returning to this restaurant and felt compelled to leave this review to warn others."

"I had a chicken pathia and pilau rice, while my son had chicken tikka masala and mushrooms. We both rated our meals 10/10. The pathia was done perfectly, with the right amount of heat and sweet and sour flavors. We also appreciated the complimentary poppadom and the reasonable prices for dining in on Sundays to Thursdays. Overall, a visit to this restaurant in Ledbury is well worth it!"
