"Random went out of this restaurant and went for dinner, had the Scottish salmon cake and Haggis with red wine reduction, along with a glass of Pinotgrigio. The dishes were excellent: the salmon cakes with crispy coating and a fruity salsa and Arugula garnish; among the best salmon cakes I ever had. The Haggis was not typical with a spicy taste and no taste of sweet bread and other proteins typical of Haggis. The red wine reduction delivered a satisfying finish to the overall taste of the dish, the best Haggis I ever had (where many portions of Haggis enjoyed over the years, especially Robbie Burns Day! . Instead of dessert, I had a Dram of the 10 years old Talisker Single Malt Whisky that made a wonderful gastronomic experience for a beautiful conclusion. The service was friendly and professional, with the right amount of attention. Covid19 protocols were present, with contact tracking documentation and tables are well spaced. The decor is warm, modern, mute, underlined and yet welcoming. I'm going back. And very recommend this restaurant for a great culinary experience."
