"dine recently opened over the traverse theatre. this is a beautifully shaped restaurant, circular in design and recurring in the thema with a tree as a central focus. there was also an additional bar area from the side. melon colada – dine. the menus had a lot to offer and we could both eat quite a lot in the offer as it sounded delicious. I decided to order from the a la carte menu and went for the ceviche of rock bass followed by venison. my dining room partner for the evening has decided to go with the incredibly good market menu £17.50 for three courses! and decided to make the sink hock terrine followed by seabream. she chose a large glass wee and I asked to see the cocktail menu that offered great variety and went for a melone colada that I thought could complicate the aromes of my starter. it was delicious and would be happy to drink more!"

Really enjoyed the whole time here. We were made to feel so welcomed by the staff from ordering the tasty martinis at the bar and the flavoursome food. Good selection of wines too.

The food here was very very good. Everything was unique, creative and delicious. Cocktails were a lot of fun! My only disappointment was dessert. Nothing creative, fun or unique here. Stick with another cocktail for dessert.

I met friends for a Vortheater dinner. we all had different choices from the market menu and everyone agreed that it was one of the best meals we had in a long time. the prosecco has been added to the offer. the employees were all amazing and attentive

A very pleasant experience overall; food was really nice, especially the seabass, oysters excellent, good cocktails as well, although some were just tiny. Staff were very attentive and with number of waiters visible throughout this appears to be a norm. Left the place very happy, which is all one could wish for.

dine with stuart muir is just a few weeks open and so the place is quite quiet, but now the time to go and try it out before more people find out about this hidden gem. the express menu makes dines great eating available for those with narrow budgets, or makes a great option for a meal before eating. so or so, it is worth checking.

A most enjoyable meal. Service was quick and non intrusive. Each course was delicious. Pork and ham rillette was moist and full of flavour, the pear and Lanark blue cheese a perfect match. Mains consisted of partridge with fluffy potatoes as well as crispy skin cod with cauliflower. Puddings were tasty with a thick chocolate pot and buttery shortbread and a festive trio of ice cream from Stewart Tower Dairy.

Absolutely fantastic. My wife and I have gone back and forth and have to say that this has been the best place we have ever been to. The food is outstanding, the cocktails out of this world and the service is beyond reproach. The entire service is one well oiled machine. Fast service and no long waits between courses. Unlike other places with a named chef Stuart was actually there working away with his team. Huge thank you to Christina who waited on us and Ollie from the bar who served great drinks and went off menu for us to create several drinks for us that were amazing. Most certainly we will be back and will recommend this to everyone we know coming to Edinburgh.

We have been at Dine yesterday for dinner and it has been amazing. The booking process was quick and straightforward, you can do everything on the website. The menù doesn’t offer a huge amount of choices but there is something for every taste, I would definitely recommend the wood pigeon as a starter and the honey glazed duck as a main. On the other hand I was hoping for some more choices of desserts, in the end we opted for the cheese selection, but in my opinion it looked a bit poor, maybe some more biscuits would have helped. A part from this all the staff has been amazing, they made sure everything was fine and even made some cocktails that were not on the menù. The atmosphere was really...
