"My wife and I visited this restaurant this evening. It was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night, does that say something? Despite this, we waited a long time for our food and drinks order to be taken, we almost left, I wish we had... The food when it came. was tasty and quite good, although my lamb dish was rather sloppy. However, the real worry was when I took a trip to the gents toilets to find that the only toilet was in a disgusting state with a broken toilet seat lying on the floor. To make matters even worse, the equally disgusting wash basin had no water coming out of it at all, so it was a real worry. If that’s the state of the toilet, what’s the kitchen like, uggh.... I hope we don’t have any consequences health wise and I’m afraid we won’t be returning to this restaurant."

"Dinner for two at 6pm so the restaurant was a quite empty when we arrived but even as it began to fill up the staff appeared to be very attentive and at the end there was none of the common long wait for the bill. Food was well presented and tasted good. Good value for money at £45 each for two courses Nan bread poppadoms and beers. Would definitely go back"

"Basic food really. We eat there because we were staying there and didn't want to go out. Just stick to the simple things and you are OK. We had curries one evening which were quite good and fish and chips and chicken the following evening. They were fine, but nothing special. I understand that there was just one chef and it seemed like just one waitress for most of the time (who was looking after the bar too)."

"I made a reservation online but was able to increase the number of people at the table by calling, which was very convenient. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant, with relaxing background music playing softly. All the food was served hot and freshly cooked; the bread and rice were nice. Although I would have preferred the meat dishes to be a bit spicier, everything was flavorful and appetizing. We all found the prices to be reasonable, and the overall experience was quite humble."

I am quite new for kew and the owners are very welcoming that has a unique note on the excellent service, as it is family-running that is brilliant! eating is to die, and my favourite dish is the lambkarahi recommended by the sweet owner himself. "Ever since I was introduced to Indian and Asian cuisine at the age of 14, I have lived in Fleet for the past 23 years. The Golden Triangle is my favorite restaurant in Fleet due to its inviting atmosphere. I have tried other restaurants in the area such as Gulshan, We, Dansiri, Chutneys, Indiana Spice, Zaal, and Ghurka Square, but what sets the Golden Triangle apart for me is the exceptional service. The wait staff are always friendly, polite, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience. The communal spirit among the staff creates a welcoming environment, and the food is truly a culinary delight. Each dish on the menu has its own unique flavor, with the lamb standing out as particularly well-cooked and flavorful. I recommend trying some of the Nepalese or North Indian specialties on the menu for a truly authentic experience. The only downside I have encountered is that the naan bread can sometimes be overcooked. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food and service offered, and while it may be a bit pricier than some other options, the overall experience is well worth it. The only improvement I would suggest is updating the wee menu to better complement the dishes offered. Overall, I have been a loyal customer of the Golden Triangle for over a decade, as I believe it is one of the best restaurants in Fleet alongside my other favorite, The Bay Leaf."

"This restaurant was featured on Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. They introduced their own innovative curry menu that unfortunately was shut down quickly. The restaurant was crowded when I visited and the dining experience was enjoyable, although the menu was a bit confusing with a mix of London and Leicester dishes. The interior decor is very unique, resembling more of a nightclub than a traditional Indian restaurant. Despite its quirks, I would still recommend it especially since the Indian dining options in Nottingham are somewhat limited."
