"I made a reservation online but was able to increase the number of people at the table by calling, which was very convenient. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant, with relaxing background music playing softly. All the food was served hot and freshly cooked; the bread and rice were nice. Although I would have preferred the meat dishes to be a bit spicier, everything was flavorful and appetizing. We all found the prices to be reasonable, and the overall experience was quite humble."

best Indian din in or take away the food is always good and hot and tastes amazing it is always clean and welcoming and there the customer service is excellent. I would always recommend this restaurant. we have friends who do not live in the opposite, but are going to a meal here.

Went early (6pm) and it was quiet but understand it gets busier later. Was getting busy by the time we left. Staff are friendly and attentive. Food arrived quickly and was excellent . Good portion sizes. Restaurant is clinically clean and perhaps a little too bright . Facilities clean. all round a good meal out. will go again. View menu

The experience is lovely at Chinipan; friendly staff, very clean, plus a nice small dining room, so not noisy and plenty of attention from the great staff. However the food is not good. Especially when there is stiff competition from the Blackheath Indian restaurants, like Everest, I expect better. We go there mainly for the friendly atmosphere and because children are welcome. Please Chinipan, improve your cooking!

We had an excellent birthday party with the family. The hospitality from the management and staff was warm and welcoming. I enjoyed the lamb shank, which was beautifully marinated and grilled, served with a salad – it was fantastic. My guests had the king prawn korma, which was also outstanding. We paired everything with Cobra Indian beer, and it all made for a memorable evening. It was well worth the money, and we’ll definitely be back to this restaurant soon!
