"Vaasu was easy to book. However, the parking can be tough in Marlow, so a bit of planning is needed. Food choices were limited but excellent. Food itself was outstanding. Lamb chop and Butter Chicken are recommended. Gatte ki sabji is recommended to vegetarians. People very polite and efficient and place has a welcoming feel. Would recommend to add more options. We knew what we were getting and are extremely satisfied. Highly recommended. "It 's such a shame the word Indian leads some people to have false expectations. Yes Hawkyns may look pricey, but only when compared to your standard Indian. This place is a million miles from standard , and the prices are sensible by fair comparison. Every single dish we have tried from the refreshingly small menu is truly exceptional in terms of skill, flavour, texture and presentation. Don 't expect anything vaguely conventional here. Expect adventurous but beautifully balanced, flavoursome dishes, at prices that compare very favourably with comparable up-market Indian restaurants in London. So why only 2 AA rosettes (and only a 4 star review here)? Well the decor is pretty basic, the service is friendly but informal and a little slapdash, the toilets are utilitarian, and the atmosphere is somewhat lacking. However if you just come for the food it really is seriously good. Highly recommended."

"The food was excellent (and spicy!), and the staff were very friendly. However, it felt as though we were forgotten at times. The aperitif was served, followed immediately by the starters. Then, after about 45 minutes, the main courses arrived. We ordered a bottle of wine, and thanks to our keen observation skills, we realized they were serving us a bottle that had already been opened and was missing a full glass. After dinner, we requested a taxi, but a friend of the restaurant came to pick us up and ended up charging us double the fare we paid upon arrival."

"Although the name suggests the menu to be high non understandable, but surprisingly its as desi and can be moulded according to your taste. The first experience was very good, the wait staff was cordial and customised everything according to my taste. But the second time, there was the most rude staff who said nothing is available. Bad experience the second time around. But still would recommend going at least once here. Your luck if you get the good wait staff or the bad one."

"Been going here for a rew years and our most recent visit was possibly the worst of the lot. Noise The decor is minimal on the floor and walls so acoustics totally screwed. Just a wall of noise with each table competing to be heard over the next one. Space if you sit in the middle of the restaurant you are simply pinned in. No room to move/ change seating position, just pinned in for the duration of the meal. Price I am happy to pay that little bit extra for above average menu items. The food served is ok, but the prices are inflated and really not justified. The beers are just short of 8.00 per bottle, what the mark up is anyone’s guess but the consumer ain’t the winner! Overall the Mango Lounge has lost its way and its pricing strategy (making too much profit at the cost of not really valuing custom) But this is Windsor and there appears to be no evidence of a credit crunch so you can get away with murder!"

"Terrible. I never really write reviews. I go for a Curry every Friday and have been to many places in London. This place is the worst I i have ever been too. The samosas were dreadful and clearly out a freezer. The lamb vindaloo tasted like someone had got some chillies, scrapped some tomatoo puree of a homemade pizza and shoved some chicken in. The rest of the dishes were equally as bad and i could go on. The prices were a complete rip off . The waiters were extremely unfriendly and their attitude clearly mirrors the standard of the food. There are hundreds of far better places in London where you can get a cheaper meal. Truly Indian is an ananthema to the cuisine of the subcontinent!!"

"Went for my sister’s bday. Had a great time. Only few things is that they don’t give tap water and charge a lot for a small bottle of water. They don’t accept card payment. It must be cash for now because they haven’t installed the card payment machine, there is an atm right outside the lounge. The food was too tasty and will be back again to have it again. The Mocktails are so good and generally it was a nice vibe and great ambience. The staff were really attentive and made my sisters day really lovely."

"Indian theme Resturant located next to temple in Wembley. I was impressed with their wraps around Harrow and Wembley , as per my experience they serve good quality and portioned wraps with Masala chips. Try their Cottage cheese wraps for £4.99 , it's fresh and made with fresh tandoori naan. The owners has planned and well executed theme of the Resturant as authentic to Indian Bollywood. They have also imported Royal Enfield bike and kept at display in the entrance which is impressive. The service is great and they follow the protocol for Covid. They have limited parking in front of the Resturant. Overall good experience so far."

"I have been a fan of this restaurant for over a decade since I first discovered it. Located in the heart of London, it is easy to find and close to our hotel. The area feels safe even at night, with many pubs and people around. The restaurant has a street-level dining area for those with mobility issues, as well as a smaller back room and a downstairs area for larger groups. The food is top-notch and reasonably priced for central London. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating, which is why we always choose to dine here when in London for the night."

"We set out to go to a favourite Indian, but we couldn't get in. One of our group suggested the Indus in Attercliffe. I'm so glad we did, the food was amazing, really tasty and fresh, we all ordered different and there was none of that generic curry going on here. Each dish was so different, mine was delicious and we all said the same about our food. The staff were friendly and quite funny, we had a great time. It was starting to get busy when we left, no wonder, this little gem is definitely a place we'll be going back to and recommending."
