"Fantastic service from the Sommelier, really enjoyed our food from the a la carte menu. Everything from the lamb to the duck and the vegetarian dishes were all amazing. Our group have eaten at several of Atul’s restaurants over the years and agreed this was up there as one of the best meals."

"Not one to write a bad review (and I’ve been a Gail’s regular for 4 years) but this was my first time at this branch having moved to the area and the staff actually really just p*ssed me off. Ordered a breakfast tea, for which I wasn’t given a spoon so I went back to the counter to ask for one and he (long ish brown hair, quite tall) gave me a table spoon and huffed when I said actually i need a teaspoon for tea please. No apology obvs. Then when I sat down I realised they’d given me earl grey tea instead of breakfast tea. I politely told them and they tried to tell me that a breakfast tea is actually earl grey but they would swap it for me as a favour essentially. Sat back down and realised they’d given me earl grey AGAIN. I went back up to the counter and said I promise I’m not being difficult but that’s not breakfast tea. They literally laughed at me and basically gaslit me saying it’s breakfast tea and they couldn’t do anything else for me. I asked them to compare the smell of the tea leaves with an English breakfast tea bag, to which they laughed together and said some numpty has mixed up the tea leaves. Still no apology, just rudeness and finally got a mug with a tea bag in but no pot. I actually never want to return to this branch. Given me a good reason to use independent coffee shops more.."

"Came for father's day and left very impressed! Service was fantastic- our host was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question about the style, origins and cooking of the food! He also brought us some little extras to try which were very appreciated. The menu had lots of great looking options, I had the scallops to start and the textures and flavours were stunning! I would eat this dish forever if possible! For mains I had one of the chicken dishes, and this was really delectable as well. All in all, the food was fantastic, the service was quick and very pleasant, and we would definitely come again."

"I dined in with three others on February 3, 2022, and had a wonderful experience. The venue was clean, and the ambiance and decor were impressive. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious from the starters all the way through to dessert. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to dine there again. Well done!"

"I had read and heard good things about Mahda. I was not disappointed. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which sounded so tasty that it made the choice very difficult. I have never come across such a varied Indian menu, with both northern and southern dishes on offer. I chose a Keralan chicken stew with vegetables which was outstanding. And I'm 57 and have been to many, many Indian restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The whole experience was wonderful. Go!"

"We went there for Sunday brunch to catch up with friends. I must give the place full marks for ambience and live jazz music. Setting is very pretty a mixture of modern western and Indian grandeur. Coming to food itself, drinks menu is very creative especially the way coconut water (currently very trendy) is exploited in various drinks. Starters had great variety -mix of Indian street food (pao bhaji, bhel puri, bhalla, dosa, tikki, paneer tikka, sheekh kebab etc and tasteful. Next comes the mains and that's where the place starts to falter. The lamb kofta was hard as golf balls while chicken xaccuti's chicken was cooked too much and was hard. Haryali fish was nice. "Stumbled across this amazing cafe on walk back to car and majority of their handmade ice creams were vegan (not the boring magnums all the other places in Windsor offered). Had chocolate, strawberry, lemon etc. Also offered dairy free milk, savoury food and vegan cakes/ goodies including banana bread and brownies so I highly recommend to any vegan visiting Windsor you won't find anywhere with more options . The owners are so lovely and friendly and are so knowledgeable on vegan food so it's a breeze!"

"A friend and I went here the first week I was in London. It was my first restaurant experience, and I was glad we chose Indian I have heard all the rumors about London food, including that Indian food is supposed one of the best cuisines offered. Since I love Indian food, I was excited to try it.We arrived before the dinner rush and were the only two people in the restaurant. We had chosen what we wanted after only a few moments, so we shut our menus and waited. And waited. We ceased talking as we waited. We were sitting by the windows and the waitress was on the other side of the restaurant at the bar, texting, not paying attention to see if we were ready. It was quite frustrating to be the only people in a restaurant and still take more than ten minutes to place our order. She finally realized we were ready and after this blip the dining experience became much more enjoyable. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala rice and naan do not come with the mains, and each cost more than two pounds which makes the meal kind of expensive, but it was really amazing. Some of the best Indian food I've had in a while. The decor of the restaurant was nothing special and if you didn't already know it was Indian cuisine you wouldn't be able to tell. The food was great, which is the most important part, but if I wanted to come here again I would probably order it to go."

"We ordered the Chicago grill burger and the cheese burger with dynamite chicken tenders and a passion fruit mojito, Chicken burger was cooked well and was juicy whereas the meat cheese burger was dry and less flavoursome. Chicken tenders had nothing ‘dynamite’ about them, perhaps it was a one off? The ambience is nice if you’re in the area you should try it out. Did not try the shisha in this occasion but will try if we visit again sometime. The two Asian waitresses and one white waitress were very welcoming as I had informed them of a last minute birthday celebration/dessert and the ladies got it sorted, put on music on the speakers; bought in dessert with sparklers and sang happy birthday for my friend. Was a very nice touch to the evening and the bill was very inexpensive. Overall I’d come again with friends due to the lovely service and that chicken burger "

"I have been a fan of this restaurant for over a decade since I first discovered it. Located in the heart of London, it is easy to find and close to our hotel. The area feels safe even at night, with many pubs and people around. The restaurant has a street-level dining area for those with mobility issues, as well as a smaller back room and a downstairs area for larger groups. The food is top-notch and reasonably priced for central London. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating, which is why we always choose to dine here when in London for the night."

"Indian theme Resturant located next to temple in Wembley. I was impressed with their wraps around Harrow and Wembley , as per my experience they serve good quality and portioned wraps with Masala chips. Try their Cottage cheese wraps for £4.99 , it's fresh and made with fresh tandoori naan. The owners has planned and well executed theme of the Resturant as authentic to Indian Bollywood. They have also imported Royal Enfield bike and kept at display in the entrance which is impressive. The service is great and they follow the protocol for Covid. They have limited parking in front of the Resturant. Overall good experience so far."

"A fantastic restaurant, with great food and equally amazing service. I ordered a paneer tikka to start; the portion was quite large for a starter but not too big. It was full of flavour and even had a bit of a kick. The butter chicken was perfect, with the chicken being lovely and moist. Service at the restaurant was fantastic, I asked for a straw and the waiter couldn't find it and then 2 members of staff came and apologized for not being able to find the straws which made me feel like the restaurant really value their customers."

"I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff were very helpful and attentive, and the ambiance was nice. The food was well presented, flavorful, and the portions were good. I didn't give it five stars because I have had better meals elsewhere, but I would definitely go back for another good meal."

"Wonderful service, food and atmosphere. Thoroughly recommended. Really good value for money and a wonderfully varied menu. This is our local restaurant, and the only reservation we have is that it will become too popular for us to go to!!"
