"I dined in with three others on February 3, 2022, and had a wonderful experience. The venue was clean, and the ambiance and decor were impressive. the menu includes old favorite and new ideas that we had never seen before in an Indian restaurant. we went for some new options and they were very tasty. the staff was very friendly.

I have been searching for a great Indian restaurant nearby for years, and I finally found it at Raj of Islington. I haven't been disappointed with either the food or the service, which is both friendly and helpful.

It took 10 minutes for the waiter to come take the drinks order. Drinks took 15 minutes to arrive. Food took 50 minutes to arrive. And when it did arrive it was very underwhelming and was most definitely not worth the long wait.

Reception was welcoming, we asked for cocktails which they made for us, delicious. Waiter was happy to describe the food taste and spices. Service good food hot and tasty. I would say the 660ml Cobra beers are expensive at £8:50 a bottle. That’s a massive mark up. Overall a good evening. Thank you.
