"The venue itself is beautiful. Really lovely pub as so many are in Bath. Unfortunately the reception we had from the girl on the bar downstairs was unfriendly, boarding on rude. Had to wait for our table which was 20 mins late, which I understand on a busy Sunday is often the case not easy to turn the tables. Roast dinners were okay, nice Yorkshire pudding which came regardless of what meat you ordered which is a nice touch. We ordered the extra potatoes at nearly £5 which was a little pricey. Out of 5 puddings, only 2 were available. Again they were fine but nothing more than that. For two people, both having two courses and a pint and a half of Pepsi each nearly £90 stung a bit."

"Mezzorama offers a delightful dining experience. The restaurant was almost full when we visited, filled with couples and small families, without any rowdy groups. The food and wine were both excellent, and the service was top-notch. The only suggestion I have is for them to add more dessert options that are not ice cream-based. Although my partner's steak was cooked rare instead of medium as requested, I'm sure they would have gladly fixed it if we had asked. Overall, Mezzorama offers great value for the price."

"We met up as a family get to together, we all had very nice meals and all commented on the great food. The staff were very friendly and made the experience all the better. It was lovely to see they even sung Happy Birthday to me and put candles on a cake !! Will definitely be back."

"I visited the restaurant with friends. we entered the restaurant and after we had waited ten minutes for it, there were no tables for us, but try it up. what we should be told to come back at 19:30, as there should be tables and. it was a set-pre-theater menu. we have also been informed that there is no need to register the car we have parked on the parking lot, as we remain for a meal. at 19:30 to say that there were no tables, finally got a table and had the 2 rough for £19.95, which we had to wait for, old then had to hurry to see the gig we wanted in the hydro. two weeks later I got a fine of 100 pounds through my mailbox. the firma rotunda are civil enforcement limited, which explicitly use intimidating bully speeches to pay people say that I have to pay more when I decide to get more. the company has rejected my first complaint that explained what happened and I contacted la tundra about the parking fee and have never returned an answer. it seems to be a was to earn even more money eating and the service were pretty bad. the experience above alone makes me unlikely to ever consider this restaurant again!"

"around 11.30 a.m. to come to lunch and had to wait for a table 3. the service overall was slow, difficult to reach eye contact to call employees. I ordered taramasalata, asked for gfree pitta brot, another order was for beetroot hummus, also gfree. no Pitta-Brot, only 2 pieces usually cut brot. both dishes were disappointing, dry brot, no salat sides, not even a tomato or gurke. very loud,"

"My new favourite! Lovely staff, brilliant food (veggie friendly), ideal atmosphere, fab prices. The bar staff gave us a couple different draughts to try before we made a choice which was a really nice intro to the place. The third, half and full pints are awesome because you can try a few. Only had the side plates (so delicious) but the pizza looked amazing. The wide range of veggie option will keep me coming back already planning my next visit. Would give it more stars if I could!"

"I could have sworn I had checked out this amazing place before, so it really speaks volumes that I’ve now eaten here for the fourth time that I can recall. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly, and the food is fantastic. The English breakfast with unique Italian-style ingredients is a firm and consistent favorite, but everything on the menu is a safe choice for delicious meals. My desire to explore new dining options and enjoy the incredible variety that Cardiff has to offer is what keeps us from coming here more often. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. This review is specifically for the Cathays location, but we've also tried their other restaurants, and the quality remains consistent."

"I and my family were back from easter voyage in somerset and dinner time had arrived. After we have read reviews for many pizzerias in guilford, we have selected this restaurant. When we arrived, we found this little really Italian place, here they can eat or take a part of the authentic Italian delicacies. they have one of the best pizzas that I had in england, and have a variety of rolls and sweets. good choice of weep and an almost perfect espresso. unfortunately I live far away, otherwise I will come back regularly."

"our first visit in this first class restaurant. we booked for the following day lunch and asked if they had an alternative for the kartoffels and pasta on their menu; the reason is that we eat low carbohydrates. they did not do it, but they promised to order in some quinoa this evening especially for my wife and I. the staff was friendly and dedicated, eating was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. "I was in Blackheath for a long weekend with friends and we ended up coming here 3 nights out of four for dinner! The pizza was excellent, the beer was amazing especially the Mango IPA and the Black lager. The staff were very attentive and the manager really welcoming and friendly. "Upon our arrival, it seemed that there was no reservation made. The restaurant explained that they were experiencing issues with OpenTable. This was not a promising beginning. I decided to order a pizza, only to find out that they were out of a key ingredient, so that option was unavailable. Why wasn't I informed of this before I even looked at the menu? The service was sluggish, as I ordered a glass of wine to enjoy with my pizza, but it didn't arrive until after I had finished eating. Thankfully, we weren't pressed for time."

"I booked this restaurant from the trip advisor feedback. When we arrived the restaurant was almost empty. As it is set in a brewery it needed to be buzzing for an atmosphere. Sadly a lot of the dishes were not on....all the mussels in buckets which made up a big percentage of the menu. We all ended up having pizzas, made to order and delicious. The service was brilliant. Very attentive and cheery waiters."
