"Dinner had to be sent back twice. Once it was cold, like veg not even warm. took over 20mins for replacement to come. Manger didn't say anything just ignored us. Second time, they'd overcooked it, totally inedible. By then it was nearly 10pm! Not once did the manager approach with apologies left it to the poor waitress. Very unprofessional and I'd definitely discipline that manger. It was just awful and I must say I was surprised."

"I’ve been to Giovanni’s three times in the space of three days only because the Capricciosa Pizza was SO delicious, and I wanted to have it again!! On the third night I had the parmigiana di melanzane, and it was fabulous as well. My partner had the minestrone soup and spaghetti bolognese, and he was equally impressed. The food is really very good, and the service is impressive. Especially if you’re lucky enough to have Izzy as your waitress, you’re in luck! She will look after you and make sure that you have the most delightful dining experience. Whenever I return to Knutsford, I will ensure to eat here again!! "Mezzorama offers a delightful dining experience. The restaurant was almost full when we visited, filled with couples and small families, without any rowdy groups. The food and wine were both excellent, and the service was top-notch. The only suggestion I have is for them to add more dessert options that are not ice cream-based. Although my partner's steak was cooked rare instead of medium as requested, I'm sure they would have gladly fixed it if we had asked. Overall, Mezzorama offers great value for the price."

"This place is very nice with excellent food and delicatessen but the girl serving hasn’t got a clue on what she is selling, as matter of fact I asked about an Italian cheese that she had right under her nose but she told me that they didn’t have it in store. Also she sliced mortadella half inches very good focaccia although extremely greasy. I will go back though Service: Dine in"

"I have been there three times. The food is very genuine italian and really delicious and tasty. Large menu card and great âtodays specialsâ. Prices are very reasonable. Alexander and his crew are lovely and professional and serve with a smile. The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting. Highly recommended both for business dinners and also for families."

"We came to our dinner with our friends just before 5:00. The restaurant was obviously busy, but there was no one on the desk there were several couples waiting for me to go to the bar to ask when eventually a young boy might ask he could help that I said that we had a booking for 5 pm gave my name he went up and came back saying that he wasn't our name and asked if it was definitely booked, he told us to go to find out about going up and going up while I had been busy We got the pre-theater menu service was good Our appetizers came ours was fine, our friends said meatballs were delicious dinner was fine, although my husband Lasagne was not particularly big and was burned around the edges was Risotto, what nice our friends said, it was nice that she came Salmon Coffees quite fast and were informed that candy ran a bit behind, what was obviously busy."

"Fabulous food as always, with plenty gluten free options (so nice to have a choice! ; service is excellent attentive, but not suffocating, staff take time to ensure everything is to your liking whilst providing great service with humour. I had baked camembert to start a small, tasty starter, with creamy camembert, then cod, with asparagus delicious, and the potatoes were to die for. I had the gluten free chocolate torte with raspberry coulis heavenly! This is a great place for everyday and for special occasions."

"My new favourite! Lovely staff, brilliant food (veggie friendly), ideal atmosphere, fab prices. The bar staff gave us a couple different draughts to try before we made a choice which was a really nice intro to the place. The third, half and full pints are awesome because you can try a few. Only had the side plates (so delicious) but the pizza looked amazing. The wide range of veggie option will keep me coming back already planning my next visit. Would give it more stars if I could!"

"I could have sworn I had checked out this amazing place before, so it really speaks volumes that I’ve now eaten here for the fourth time that I can recall. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly, and the food is fantastic. The English breakfast with unique Italian-style ingredients is a firm and consistent favorite, but everything on the menu is a safe choice for delicious meals. My desire to explore new dining options and enjoy the incredible variety that Cardiff has to offer is what keeps us from coming here more often. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. This review is specifically for the Cathays location, but we've also tried their other restaurants, and the quality remains consistent."

"We picked this restaurant because of its reviews and found that you need to book if you want to visit. The starter particularly was well presented and was the favourite part of the meal. Wine was very good and the mains were nice but the steak was a little chewy and the lasagna didnt wow me and I found it a little bland but that may be me. Service was superb from the time we entered the restaurant till the time we left. Didnt have space for deserts. A lovely restaurant which was inviting, medium priced and was far better than the meal we had in the hotel the night before. It will be on our list to return. To find this restaurant opposite the clock on the main street is an archway Go through the archway and the restaurant is tucked in the righthand corner"

"I and my family were back from easter voyage in somerset and dinner time had arrived. After we have read reviews for many pizzerias in guilford, we have selected this restaurant. When we arrived, we found this little really Italian place, here they can eat or take a part of the authentic Italian delicacies. they have one of the best pizzas that I had in england, and have a variety of rolls and sweets. good choice of weep and an almost perfect espresso. unfortunately I live far away, otherwise I will come back regularly."

"So this is my fav restaurant ever ..and I had booked Kline and mentioned it was for my sons 18th birthday. So let’s start with positive ..the staff are fantastic and bubbly .. But we where placed in a pretty empty restaurant on a tiny table cramped and against a pillar (I actually thought it was a wind up The food ..usually the BEST ever ..but the pizza and mussels where below average ..beer was great but overall it was just flat ..I had asked for a small cake when I ordered but alas nothing ..it breaks my heart that my fav place to go to is not the same ..is it under new management ? No idea but it just doesn’t cut it Again I want to hail the staff as they where great (but again why put me on a tiny table when there where tons of tables Hey ho .."

"our first visit to veeno, the restaurant staff was very attentive, prompt and polite, we sat almost immediately (depending on how we wanted us to sit through the main entrance door.) drinks and food order were taken shortly after the purchase and the food arrived immediately. the cheese and the meat sharing plate was delicious, much portion for both. would recommend this restaurant to others, a good visit."

"It was okay. The food was just okay, quite bland really. The service was okay although one of the servers rolled their eyes at us several times and we noticed them doing it when walking away from other tables. It is reasonably priced and the decor is nice but it’s a very small room and it was packed so the noise level was really bad. Basically just a small room full of people shouting at each other to be heard. One of the servers was really nice, I think they had an Irish accent? I wish I got their name because I feel bad leaving this review when they were really great!"

"Overall a good meal. Food portions were large and of home made taste. A total throw back for us was the little bread stick packets haven been served these since mid 1990s.. may be replace these with some olives or just simple fresh bread and butter?? Service was slow only 2 front of house ladies for at least 10 table covers is bit much. Only reason for 4* got penne instead of linguine and the ice cream dessert was served straight out of the freezer rather then allowing it to sit for few mins once taken out of the freezer Vegetarian options: Plenty of Veggie options and chef is was able to take make meat free versions of meaty pasts risotto"
