"I ordered food for 6:30 but it did not arrive, so I called the take away at 6:45. I was told it would be another 10 minutes. I called again and was informed that it would be there by 7:15. When the food still hadn't arrived, I called again and was told that the driver had delivered it. I told the person on the phone that he hadn't and he hung up on me. I tried calling back but there was no answer. The food eventually arrived at 7:25, nearly an hour later than I had requested. I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because the food was tasty but lukewarm, and the service was absolutely terrible. I would have been happier if the take away had called and informed me that my food would be late, with no apology. The customer service needs to be improved."

"preordered my lunch on Sunday with uber east app to be delivered to my work on Monday evening. purley bcs I can't find the time to sit on my phone and watch the menus and restaurants when I work. they delivered it on Sunday when I didn't work and let it know I wasn't there. no contact with me, someone from work has reported me so I knew they brought the food. I called bambinos to tell them that I ordered this for Monday. the man on the phone started shouting at me and telling me why I'm going to order for the next day, he said I can only order a day I want to eat! he called why they don't order tomorrow if they want it tomorrow!? I told him because I can and ended the conversation. canceled order on the app and got my money back. you lost. they should learn to read better."

"quite a nice pub, but very few vegan options. suppe the day with roll is a vegan starter. I had the vegan chili cheeseburger with sweet potatoes, it was okay, a little dirty. my daughter tweebel rings, also vegan were very cuddly. coffee was okay, I think there were milk alternative beers were okay, but no choice of beautiful ipas. probably not for dinner again. there is a vegan dedicated caffe up high street that I wanted to try, but it is only open Wednesday Saturday."
