"Cyrus has always been a good chef. But last night he joined the ranks of great Indian Chefs. Cafe Spice Namasté is now on a par with Chutney Mary in London and The Indian Accent in Delhi. You won’t get chicken tikka masala but you will enjoy genuine Indian food based on Cyrus deep and varied knowledge of Indian cuisine. Sometimes even with a modern twist.
