"I entered the restaurant when it was empty and although the place looked fine, the young man who served me seemed unenthusiastic and uninterested. He was not polite and did not inquire if I wanted anything else when I placed my order. It felt like he was rushing me to order so he could leave the register quickly. My order arrived and the Kansas BBQ bites were good, but when I took a bite of my wrap, I immediately noticed it was incorrect. Upon opening it, I found that there was no salad or sauce, just two chicken fillets. I returned to inform them of the mistake, and they provided me with a new wrap without any apologies or communication. The staff appeared to be in need of training, and it was unclear if there was a manager on site."
