"I ordered the mixed grill at a price of around £36. It included a lamb cutlet, which I cannot eat due to personal preference. I informed the server that I did not want the lamb cutlet and did not need a replacement. However, when the meal arrived, I found the lamb cutlet on my plate under the gammon. I mentioned this to the server, but was told that the kitchen could not do anything about it. I expressed my frustration, mentioning the possibility of being allergic to lamb, but was informed that I am not allergic. I felt that my meal was ruined, but no compensation or offer of a replacement was provided, not even a drink. This was a disappointing experience."
