"Went to this restaurant as recommended by family. What a awful experience and terrible customer service first we were not allowed to sit unless we order and paid first. Than the waitress was rude and over spiced our food and then when I mentioned she the started to discuss with other customers that were seated our complaint while we were in mid of conversation with the waitress. Very rude and food was deliberately over chilli our food I have crohns and could not eat wasted £27 on absolutely disgusting behaviour and food. The waitress was not sorry nor remorseful at all the other lady which I presume was manager. when I explained to her how her staff behaved. Did not seem bothered of the attitude. Was quick to offer refund but I did not except as I wanted to show it’s not about refund more about treatment of the staff and experience she did not address the staff for gossiping about customers with other customers. My advice don’t bother wasting money at this restaurant and go somewhere better."

Went to this restaurant ordered chips and Somosas which tasted stale .my husband explained to the owner but he was not interested very rude and unprofessional.no apologies very ignorant.wont go there again

I love eating at CC. I went today with my partner, her son and his girlfriend. We had veggie curries, an aloo ghobi, rices and a naan. Wonderful tasty food and less than £15ph with diet cokes. Great eatery.

We went today for a birthday meal, took ages to order due to the owner running around sorting delivery orders as well as seating people at table.Food was poor portion size, salad was stale, lack of napkins,had to request water several times and pokoras seem like they had been reheated as they were rock hard.Part of the starter order was missed.I would not recommend this place service was rubbish and standard of food not good did the prices charged.It was also cold. Overall Average, Taste is 2.5/5 Hospitality 2/5 Cleanliness 3.5/5 Price 2/5 Atmosphere 1/5 Staff needs training. They have a system to confirm and give your order at entrance before they allow you to go to sitting area, which I found weird. Staff is cold or not very passionate. You think twice to call them for a service and they won’t be very open about menu. Taste and cleanliness has improved than last time but still needs overall improvement. Only reason we went there after 3 years as other restaurants were busy.

Well went bought take away for butter chicken lamb curry and saag with butter naan and bought kaju katli sweet box So where should i begin with Butter chicken that was so weird looking and chicken was uncooked and the gravy was pathetic. Lamb curry there was only two piece s of lamb in it and rest was tomato gravy with hell half a litre of oil. Saag was only edible thing though was not worthy the prices Now comes to kaju katli— it was way too hard and looks like it was been there for quiet a few days So end of story once where you could enjoy the food this place really needs to pick up their slack and wither change the cook or close the restaurant Real Disappointment
