"I made a telephone order at 11.30am and waited an hour and 15 minutes. I called to chase where the food was and was told it's being cooked now. It ended up being cancelled due to our long wait and rude service. He said that he would never take orders from us again. Good job. I wont be ordering again. I'd rather buy a hen and wait for its eggs to hatch it would be quicker!"

"We went for my adult daughters birthday, it was mediocre, Server came took drinks order about 1 min later another one came for food order, then hot food came out luke warm, they bought the meat round in the beginning very fast then when one of the party asked for chicken hearts they said just cooking 20 mins that was not an issue but they never came to our table again. One of the staff spilt a whole glass of coke down my daughter he did get nudged by a customer and he did try and clear up as best as he could. The manager reluctantly gave us her meal for a kids price and 3 drinks free... the staff where spending more time talking at the cooking area. To be honest I think it is overpriced for what it is the food is Ok nothing special I wouldn't rush back or rush to recommend it. Also the drinks are expensive bottle of wine £38.50!!!"

"I came to this restaurant with my kids and we were extremely impressed with the food. We ordered the Cheeto burger, Mega Mix burger, and the Masala fish. All of the food was served within 20 minutes and was delicious. We ate inside and everything was perfect. We also had a great conversation with the owners, who were very friendly and made us feel at home. They offer a variety of food options, including pizzas, burgers, chicken, and grilled items. The dining area is spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that they only accept cash, but there is an ATM nearby. I highly recommend this place - you must try it!"

"Went here to meet up with friends and family from USA for a 50th birthday. We had a fabulous time and staff, especially Chelsea, couldn't do enough for us. Chelsea even helped us by arranging plates and serviettes for when we cut a cake and was running backwards and forwards with drinks orders she definitely went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend this venue."

"If this was my first Brazilian Steakhouse experience, I wouldn 't go to another one again. The self service bar was a mixed bag, some dishes were good, such as the pork and black bean dish. There was a bit of an over reliance on pre grated parmesan that made dishes dry. The restaurant advertised a green card/ red card service but didn 't seem to actually have that. Despite this, service was fairly regular. The restaurant seems to heavily favour filler meats, so either low quality cuts of beef (the beef rib I had a lot of, which tasted very greasy) or meats you would not go to a steakhouse for chicken thighs, sausages, pork ribs etc. A lot of the sirloin offered was exceptionally fatty and one serving I was given didn 't actually have any meat on it. Waiters also did a poor job of explaining what we were having and seemed very inexperienced in some cases. Drinks were poor, I only had a pepsi and it was dropped on me (and not cleaned up) so there was a puddle around the table. Some Brazilian steakhouses offer bottomless drinks to complement the style of food this place does not, and the prices are high for a serving size of a can of pepsi max. We were offered dessert, I didn 't know what the dishes were or that dessert was even available that should be communicated better. They looked good, however I declined. This place also adds to your bill a Discretionary 12.5% surcharge without letting you know. I asked the waiter what this charge was for and he literally said nothing, even when repeating the question. I guess it 's just a tip, and I still paid it be aware of this practice though as you are still asked to add a tip to your bill."

"Overall was fantastic , although we had amended seating options in advance we were given a table for instead of so had to all squeeze on and the outside were booked from but nothing was available for another mins so we had to wait about bored and table service was slow. "Nice place to try. being a long-time customer I can say that located in a strategic point you can park outside after a certain time as there is a single yellow line or you can go a little further and park in a street called Church lane I think. The simple place as usual but that's enough to attract, I noticed some changes compared to the last time as the buffet before was in the center of the room and you could help yourself now I think for Covid-19 the situation has changed so everything comes to you served by the kitchen. The menu is practically not needed since the only reason to go there is the meat buffet as it is usually good, if you get familiar with the waiter even better. The bathrooms are located upstairs. The drink costs money but I think this is what the place brings. To try and see."

"service was slow, many items were not on stock. the staff serving the meat came around every 5/7 minutes and cut the smallest cutting of the meat. the toilet was so unhygienic and had a disorder with the door that did not close it (not very nice to eat with a partly opened toilet door). I would like to come back because these problems might have been a switched-off scenario, but I doubt I would go back to putney. I'm sorry."

"After previous great time at Putney branch tried the Queensway branch to be very highly disappointment. Had to ask the person checking up on our table whether everything is ok to check whether the team is serving the meat as they were very lacklustre and didn’t make any attempt to service the diners. Why do one have to ask for the staff to come to the table to serve the meat? One of the servers was constantly sniffling and pulling up his nose which is definitely signs to being unwell. Don’t they do their due dilligence to ensure the health and safety of the guest as well as other staff? Ordered red wine and was given rose how could anyone get this wrong? Using the salad bar there’s constantly staff filling take away orders in the take away containers which results guests having to wait for them to finish. Ordered dessert and it never arrived after 25min of waiting for it called the person that took our order to query what’s happening. He was clueless and asked us didn’t it arrive? About 4 staff just standing around close to the entrance and who knows everyone just standing around in the kitchen area? They then offered free dessert which we declined as the experience was already soured beyond reconciliation. Not looking for freebies or handouts and just paid up leaving without dessert as to just get out of the place. Very bad experience, definitely won’t recommend and shall avoid in future."

"The first member of staff that greeted us wasn’t very friendly. She took us to our table but didn’t say anything else. Just walked away. We were then approached multiple times within a few minutes by very friendly staff but told them we wanted 5 minutes to decide. After we chose everything came quite quick and the service was friendly and the food was good. Then the service stopped. No more meat coming out and it wasn’t even 9pm. I had to ask and I could see them get the kitchen up and running again. Half hour later we had some more meat. We then ordered dessert and a cocktail. Cocktails turned up and the dessert vanished into some parallel universe. Time to pay and get dessert elsewhere. In summary friendly staff, except the first person but I feel like they need a lot more training."

"much fun, with a lot to try and enjoy. post covid, preto has removed her great salatbar and moved it into a menu. they can enjoy as much as they want, order small teller as they go. there is a great selection of interesting things. but then on the flesh that are the star attraction, of which there is much and everything delicious. the restaurant is large and spacious, but can be warm. the sangria is recommended to cool it! it is £25 for the standard experience, but discounted are for students, cinematographers and people watching football. they come hungry as there is a lot of food!"

"food: very nice burrito with tomato rice. it is good to see a selection of salsas to add to the burrito. in addition, the tacos were extremely good. the extra cheese sauce made everything so much more beautiful. they also have their new churros, which is added a lot when they have space for the desert, the only thing I would say is that there is too much sugar and cinnamon. drinks: regular koks cannot go wrong. service: I got my food to take away and it was nice to see how my food is made before me. very good service. price: extremely good price, very cheap in consideration of what I had."
