"We traveled to Floripa and were seated on the first floor, but our reservation was announced loudly by the staff at the door for everyone to hear. After that, we went to the bar to inform them about our reservation, only to be told to go back. We waited for 30 minutes before anyone came to assist us. Since there were ten of us at the table, we needed to preorder our food, but there was no prior warning about this requirement. I even had to take a photo of the email I'd sent with our order. When the food finally arrived, the chicken was overcooked, and the meat was extremely dry and tough—not what you would expect for a £15 dish! Additionally, the waitress was incredibly rude to my mother-in-law. We definitely won't be returning."
