"Even though this is a big coffee chain, the differences between shops is very profound sometimes. For example, the quality of the coffee in the Soho Dean St. store is the best compared with all other shops I've ever been to. But then this is because the Dean Street shop has been run by Italians for as long as I can remember it. The coffee in this specific shop is actually very good. But it's the location that makes the difference. At the corner of the Seven Dials, it commands very good views all around. A handful of good tables outside and tents to protect you from the elements. Overall, I like it very much."

Great little place for a tea or coffee and maybe a snack before going back to my flat locally in the area

Good Cafe Nero, slightly limited on space but they do have a sneaky downstairs with more tables. Efficient and friendly staff.

I visited this restaurant last night and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend dining here for a great meal.

The Canela café is permanently closed. Why did OpenTable confirm a midday reservation for a café that no longer exists? I had invited three other people, and it was both disappointing and embarrassing to arrive and discover that the café is not in business. I will be cautious about using OpenTable again.

a filmcrew discovered outside so poppee in cafe nero for a big mocha. the staff were friendly enough, but the customer was on the poster side and asked for their number that they and this delayed my service. can not really mix, it could be a high time! still I sat on the window and enjoy the view and turn! great service and very good coffee. also the sweet tasty we bought. location is excellent and the shop was very clean. the cellar food and ambiente really enjoyed. the spiral staircase would be a problem for everyone with mobility challenges and the washing rooms in the cellar. overall this was an excellent stop.

We made a reservation through OpenTable, but when we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. They suggested we try Canela, even though there are already multiple reviews stating that it is closed. Very disappointing experience. We had to scramble to find another place to eat when we found the restaurant dark and locked up.
