"The first time we went as a family and we were really impressed! Not least by our waiter, Robert, who was absolutely fantastic. He made space for us indoors (as it was quite chilly outside) by cleverly rearranging some tables without us having to ask. He was so kind and attentive. He’s a real asset to Valentina’s. Thanks Robert. Also Valentina’s made our dog very welcome too. We will definitely be back."

"This is our local Italian deli, with the restaurant to the rear of the shop. The food is never anything less than wonderful, We've eaten here a lot and never had anything but a great experience. The kids menu is small, but adequate with pasta and pizza on offer and it's possible to tweak the items. The calves liver is my personal favourite, but having eaten most things on the menu at some point, you really can't go wrong here."

"The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but the food was disappointing and the service was slow. We went for a quick lunch during our lunch hour, but ended up waiting 20 minutes just for our drinks, leaving us with only 15 minutes to eat our meal. The menu offers a diverse selection, and my friend's Italian roasted teigcake, called pizza fritta, was very interesting. However, my salad was disappointing with a bland dressing. Overall, we will not be returning to this restaurant."

I was greeted by annunziata and then served by the Slovak manager, whom I do not remember the names, but was supercompetent and always looking at me. if they are alone usually tables tend to overlook them, but this time was not the case. I ordered the special of the day, a dessert and a coffee. Waiting times were for what was cooked, and the staff is attentive to everything that goes on the floor. only small cons is the toilet of the herrn has a window in which people can go after what business they do. I will either set a ventilation and close the window or use something else. the prices are good and the steingebackene pizza is superior to the other in the city. also a hauch of class does not immediately charge the 20% up, but let them know that everything goes up in tips straight to waiter. that is a really classy and all business should take note. make one like and taste this restaurant when they live here."

"excellent dining experience” 5 out of 5 stars rated on 15 november 2013 new although it is ideal for a pre-theater menu when they visit the hippodrome, eating in milano is worthy to take over the time because it is very good in the did. the menu offers a great choice regarding the price including a fixed tariff pre-theatre that my partner enjoyed very much. as glutton I could not resist the daily special of lobster linguine and I cannot resist that milano was from a generous amount and high quality; both courses were delicious. the tables are beautifully designed and the service is friendly and attentive. I have absolutely no criticism to make (I didn't like the desserts, but I don't like Italian desserts and can hardly blame them for being authentic! . as a pre-oper menu (especially if the opera is Italian! "I ordered a few pizzas from this place. The quality of the pizzas keep going down hill. Im a regualar, have ordered here for yesrs, so they have made good buisness frome me and my family ,however i have had on going problems with them giving me the wrong dip. I called up and said i got the wrong dips , and she refused to offer me a refund on my next order (of just over two pounds! and bascially said that they were not wrong, basicalully calling me a lier. I had all my family try it and they all said it was not right. It had no rosemary in it and as im a regular i order this dip all the time me and my family know how the dip tastes like. I even invited my neighbour road and she was like 'juke what is that! That is not garlic rosemary! ' A couple of quid they could have refunded me or they could have said we will put in two free dips on your next order, knowing im a regular customer, but they instead would rathrt loose a regular customer, and get bad reveiws all for just 2 quid! They have terrible customer service, the customer is always right espcially for just 2 pounds!! The pizza quality has gone down and i think this has been the last draw for me!!!"

"Usually go to Richmond to meet with family for evening dinner, but parking getting worse and worse. Chiswick proved a great alternative with evening parking a lot easier than daytime, albeit Chiswick is well served by Tube Overground. Closest tube to Valentina's is Chiswick Park about a 5 minute walk. The restaurant front part is an Italian deli, with the restaurant behind and an inviting glowing pizza oven towards the rear. Reception and attentiveness of staff throughout was excellent. Food range was well thought through with sufficient if not more for the vegetarian diner. We had 3 course meal with drinks for a group of 4 and it worked out all in £37.50 a head. Very pleasant ambience, relaxed but attentive and quality superb. Would definitely go again."

"itsu is a fast casual restaurant with a slightly higher feeling, but with reasonable trips. the menu is Asian inspired and seems to be more engraved in Japanese. the vegan offers of itsu have expanded considerably in the course of the years to include some delicious offers that are all marked on the menu and on the food packaging. the detox miso noodle soup is still one of my favorites (and it is low calorie, but sometimes it can have too much soultang (depending on who does it) my new favorite menus include the veggie dragon roll (complete with vegan mayo,! the veggie meatballs coconut soup and the veggie gyoza noodle bowl. there are many additional vegan and vegetarian options offered not in my review that are also worth trying. as already mentioned, everything is marked on the menu and on the packaging. most employees seem pretty conscious and worth knowing for vegan options (a more common and accepted diet in Britain, if they ask to have ingredients menu items. (I personally would rate this a 3.5 because it is a chain, but it is pushed up to 4 because the half-value ratings are not allowed, and this is actually a nice, higher quality and healthy food option."

"After a very good afternoon doing the Potter Trail, we came across this wee gem. I was with my Daughter, Son in law and Granddaughter and newly born Grandson. We were made to feel very welcome and the food was to die for. We had a starter of Calamari and Mussles, both were fantastic. I had a calzone pizza which i have to say has been the best i have ever tasted. Compliments from daughter of her pizza and son in law polished his off in no time. Staff were fantastic, on the ball, very friendly and attentive. Would certainly recommend, and we will certainly be back soon."

We arranged for a babysitter and took a taxi there, only to find a note on the window stating that the restaurant was closed. We were unable to find another restaurant nearby, so we decided to go home and order pizza instead. It was a very disappointing Friday date night."
