"I was in awe, how much eat for £10.99 make sure they are hungry, otherwise they have definitiw rest the next day. I've been ordering this for a long time. I was too lazy to cook so I decided to order the vegan thali over deliveroo. it is a good quality Indian food. all tasted fresh and the food was not oily and for these people who are afraid of spicy, it is not too spicy. mild but delicious. in my thali I received the following: one poppadom one chappati medium part of sweets small pot with dry mixed sweet curry small pot with mixed sweet curry small pot of aubergine curry small pot of kicherbsalat small pot of kartoffelkurry small pot of dry cartosh can not have wait to drink from small toe"

"We were on a mission for parathas! Mooli ones in particular so were very happy to stumble across this place. We asked for extra stuffing in the parathas which was done for us. The yogurt was not complimentary with the parathas but came at a...charge which is fine, but it was way too dear! We also had to ask for some butter which took a while to come out and didn't melt very well over the paratha as at this point it had become tepid. Whilst waiting for our parathas we had a tikki chaat which was really nice. The sauces were delicious. However, overall the prices are a bit ambiguous. Also the toilet area needs attention. The floor was wet and it needed a good clean. This can easily be resolved so should be made a priority as the food is quite good. Service can be improved."

"Visited the restaurant for lunch. The best part of it is the service time. It was super quick So if you are in hurry and no time to spare but want yo eat hot food this is the place. We ordered saag and makki di roti, which was good with a zing of green chillies. The gol gappas were good and the papri chatt. We order some masal chai and chole bhatura . The only let down was chole bhatura which was not yo the mark. However the overall experience was good. We were out in like 40 mins.."

"This was my first visit to Chai Paani and I was looking forward to trying it. Everything about it was poor: The decor is very basic, we wouldn 't have minded that if everything else, especially the food had been good. They were playing George Michael 's 'Last Christmas ' when we arrived. They played it again and again and they were playing it when we left. It would have been hilarious if it hadn 't been so horrible. The staff paid much more attention to selling the new shop they had set up, some sort of sweet mart nearby. Every table got given a talk by a server about it and left with a leaflet. It might have been of interest if Chai Paani had been better. The food was ordered and whilst we were waiting we were told the table was too small to put the food on, so it would come in dribs and drabs. That was okay for us. Everything that arrived the chaats, the pani puri etc all tasted the same a thick tangy sauce that tasted of preservative. It was unpleasant. We asked for pani puri water and were told there was a separate charge for it which is unusual given we ordered pani puri. After that food was cleared away, the dosa came it was the wrong order and the manager did replace it with the right one. Again, it tasted of the same horrible tangy sauce. We were asked how the food was when we went to pay and we explained the above, but they weren 't really interested. There is so much competition for food on Belgrave Road, Chai Paani needs to try harder if it going to stay relevant. We won 't be returning. What was good about it? We were seated quickly. The manager took away the wrong dosa that was bought and got us the right one. Neither of these things are things to shout about though."

"Vada pav just for 1 pound was something unbelievable for me. The place has almost everything to offer. We tried to eat as much as we can. Started from Vada pav and mix Bhajji plate. Both were brilliant. They served vada pav with all the types of chutney. Misal pav was not as spicy as they serve in Maharashtra but the taste was surely close to authentic. Pav bhaji was real tasty. Thought of trying little chat items like bhelpuri and sev puri. Again excellent. Finished the meal with Malai and Gulkand kulfi. So creamy and delicious. We all had this just for less than 40 pounds. A must visit place. Surely."

"I ordered the aloo tikki chaat as a starter while my partner ordered the pav bhaji. My dish was delicious and came with a good variety of chutneys. The addition of pomegranate seeds was a nice touch. However, my partner did not enjoy their starter as they felt it lacked the authentic Indian flavors of pav bhaji. The portion sizes were good, so we decided to share the netzen saag paneer, which was more to our liking. Unfortunately, my peshwari naan was burnt, but thankfully my partner's tandoori roti was not. We enjoyed the fresh mango juice, which was a nice touch compared to carton juice. I appreciated the fact that water was readily available as soon as we sat down, but with a bit more attention to detail, this place could be amazing."

"I Googled for a good cake shop in Swindon and Abe's cakes came up with good rating but few in Trip advisor said the other way particularly about the lady, so I called them to enquire about the cake and I guess the same reviewed lady attended my call and answered my questions in a matured professional manner and for further discussion she asked me to come to the shop and I went in the next day with my family,to our surprise they not only do cakes but we tried their tastiest Indian chats and authentic masala dosa with homemade Indian Chai.Everything was delicious and I got to see the lady who almost single handedly handled every customer in there and she was opposite to the said reviews, most of her customers were happy with her and she polietely explained the cakes, enquired our requirements and every detail we gave her was carefully noted down, no need to say the cake was just the way we wanted and tasted heavenly. Abe's cakes makes the best cakes and I told all my friends about them, a huge shout out , no one is good enough for everyone, the lady did her best to me and she even opened the door to another customer, I am happy with her service and with her cakes. This is the least I could do for another woman. Thank you Abe's cakes, you got one happy customer."

"my mother and daughter came to wembley to go to the Dosa Express, but unfortunately there was a huge snake out there. also the other restaurant in south Indian was too busy so we went to this restaurant with the becuase, it was windy and my...Mum is 70 and could not go very far. the tables were occupied with customers waiting for them to eat. a worker approached us about 5-7 minutes later and cleaned the table. At first no menus were bought to table, I had to ask for them what was only a menu. we have decided what we wanted and ordered only when the personal said there are no chats at the moment. I feel that customers should be informed when arrived at the door as my daughter chat and pani puri wanted. around us were families that were very excited and curious about their order. behind us the family told us that everyone waited for a long time, about 1 1/2 hours. we decided to order the starter. paneer tikka was very mild, without taste only red chili curcuma and coriander power, which was roasted. crispy bindi was only tasted. there were no plates given while that came, we asked for popadum while we wait, but only have one. we decided that we do not wait for the main page and decided to set the bill. only 3 employees a family canceled 2 dishes, as they could not wait. overall I will not go back because service and quality of food was bad. they need to improve their communication level between them and offer more services when they are opening up in this pandemic and recruiting more employees."
