"Now as most people who know me are aware that this girl loves her burgers, can't get enough of them I'm always willing to try new varieties etc. I ordered online from Frankie Benny's a burger chips with a starter. It was delivered on time it was still quite warm, just not hot. Which was okay as at least it wasn't cold it was being delivered approx 4 miles from the restaurant to my home. It arrived in a box which opens up like a plate saved me having to use anything else apart from my fingers to eat with. The burger was nicely cooked after I removed the soggy lettuce tomato I demolished it very quickly. A girl who loves her food says Yummmm!! Chips were a little hard for me, as they had lost heat in their travels so I didn't eat them. I have visited Frankie Benny's many many times I've always enjoyed the food their drinks. The staff are friendly helpful. You can also see into their open kitchen to see the food being prepared. I do recommend this place for you to try. Have an awesome day!! "Came here with family after the cinema since we'd heard good things and we're glad we did. It was quiet, so no wait for a table. The menu had quite a variety to work from, pizzas, burgers, pasta and more! I forgot to take food pictures since it looked so good when it arrived that we started eating straight away : My son was a bit disappointed in his burger, since he's used to having a choice of getting it Medium and it came well done by default."

"Visited Christmas eve, booked for 8pm, rang to say we may be a few minutes late to be told they close at 9pm,now I hadn't been told this very disappointed to say the least, there was 6 of us, we arrived on time and we ordered drinks and had 3 cokes a few cocktails when they arrived there was no syrup in the coke so just like drinking water, the manager came over and said quite abruptly I've tasted the coke and there's nothing wrong with it, so basically called us liars, I tasted it it was water, one of the team said it was a new recipe but I'm sorry coca cola is coca cola.i have visited here with family and never been treated so rudely. "I don't often go to eat, but I love frankie bennys. at the various locations I can go and it is always a tasty bite. eating is nice and my two children ate for free. they have great cocktails and the service is friendly and fast. I would like to distinguish at least a few workers petronella and sam who made our visit even more pleasant. if they don't have to pre-book they might have to wait for the table, so better to make calls in advance. I have no complaints and my family loves it."

"The restaurant experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, they claimed that there was no booking under my name despite providing confirmation. Eventually, we were seated after a 20-minute wait but the service was so slow that we ended up waiting 2 hours before leaving. When the desserts finally arrived, they assured us that the child's dessert would be ready in 2 minutes. However, we had all finished our desserts and had to remind them about my son's dessert, which still hadn't been served. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this restaurant again."

"that was just a normal place to eat, we would eat here again; No. the service was mediocre, there were so many children at the point that it was difficult to hear the other person who spoke to them. when they made a birthday song, they played the music so loud that it was too much in a restaurant. the bathroom looked like it had not been touched in hours, maybe all afternoon, no toilet paper in one of the stands."

"After I had a series of bad visits in our local francie and benny filialen, I was reserved to visit. after an evening event in sheffield arena, this was the only place where we could get a table. I can't believe how different it was at our earlier visits in our local. the coworkers were all excellent. they were helpful and dedicated and attentive. we fought to decide what to eat (supply for the waitress who came 3 times to our order as we lasted so long) so ordered to share several dishes. the whole food was hot and served in good time. beautiful crispy fries. the chicken parmigiana was huge and served both with a good part of spaghetti and fries. very tasty and a good coating of brotkrust with exactly the right amount of sauce. really enjoyed the bacon kartoffel skins and acid cream. my daughter had a burger who looked very nice, but she totally defeated her when it was quite big. I was honest about the quality of food and how different this experience was for others. we had a couple of cocks. the blueberry crucifixion was amazing. really refreshing and a nice fizz. the prices of the mocktails felt very reasonable, and a good selection on the menu. perfect for drivers or non-trinkers who want something more beautiful than a soft drink. a very pleasant meal and excellent evening. still shocked how different and inconsistent 2 restaurants can be from the same chain. we'll see you next time in sheffield. well made frankie and benny’s entertainment center"

"Although we have been to F and Bs before we were disappointed this time round. Firstly the attachment highchair for my son, although the right size and nice to have him at the table was quite dirty. As it was made of canvas it would be hard to clean and did have a smell to it. The restaurant itself was very noisy and we had to really shout to hear each other at our table. The service however was good. Polite and prompt. However most disappointingly was that my wife discovered an inch long metal shard in her food! Staff apologised and made some fresh food but understandably she wasn’t too keen to eat any more and I was concerned what my children had eaten as this had a similar spaghetti dish. I would certainly think again before rebooking. Shame"

"My family and I visited the restaurant on Friday using two Groupons. Our waitress Aya was very attentive and informed us of the limitations. Despite arriving during a busy time, she took great care of us. The food was delicious, but the steak on my mixed grill was undercooked. However, they kindly removed the cost of our drinks from the bill. The service was excellent, the food was good, and the environment was perfect for families. We will definitely return!"

"Came here last week with my husband for a treat! Staff were attentive, customer service was second to none despite it being very busy. We were served by a lovely girl called Lizzie? Greeted with a lovely smile, gave us just the right time to chose, drinks out quickly and didn't feel rushed one bit! "I am a great fan of frankie and Benny’s, eating is generally always consistent and really quite delicious! I can say confidently that I have tried at least 1/3 of the menu and it is all really delicious! No matter what they choose, they will almost always get a really delicious meal! during the week they have in the rule a promotion for two courses and I recommend that for a cheaper meal, as a single meal can cost the same as the price the meal deal itself! this special industry is really beautiful and the staff is super friendly! I've never had a problem with eating. if they are on the royal mile, they should consider that this particular facility can be quite busy, so please note that in the head."

"First time visiting Frankie and Benny's with a friend. We were politely welcomed to a seat and asked if we would like anything to drink before the waitress left. We asked for some time to decide what we wanted to order. The waitress returned promptly after serving customers who were ready to order. This was reasonable time for us. We then ordered drinks and two courses each. A starter and a main. The drinks were brought over in good time for us to settle and have a chat. The starters arrived not long after. My friend ordered a garlic bread pizza which he described as greasy but tasty. I decided to have the mozzarella dippers which tasted bland, even with the sauce. A couple of them were overcooked. For our mains we ordered a vegan burger with sweet potato fries and a plain 6oz burger with fries. The vegan burger was very tasty, however the sweet potato fries were slightly overcooked but still rather nice. The plain 6oz burger arrived : not plain. It had to be sent back and corrected. However my friend was pleased with it once it came back. We were rather full afterwards and decided to pass on trying a dessert. We asked for the tab and it came back to us at an incorrect amount. We soon realised they charged for a jug of the cocktail I ordered instead of a glass and 2 servings of coke. We brought this up to the waitress and she fixed the issue with the cocktail but informed us that because we ordered the coke from the main menu, instead of the side menu (even though they are the same price) that the refills would not be free. 7/10 food. 6/10 service. Wouldn't be somewhere I'd go back in a hurry as there are far superior eateries for similar prices."

"Walking into Prezzo today it was quiet and we were sat very quickly by a lovely male server (didn’t catch his name but he had a septum piercing). He was incredibly accommodating and when I asked for a calorie free menu he went out of his way to go and find one! We ordered drinks and decided to go alcohol free, we tried both the strawberry and blood orange lemonade which were very tasty and well worth the money. The food was also very flavourful. We ordered calamari to start which was beautifully seasoned and wasn’t too chewy and the Tartar sauce was a nice compliment to them. For mains we had the chicken Alfredo which was once again beautiful, creamy and flavourful. The spaghetti bolognese was well seasoned and very tasty! And the chicken and pepper pizza was cooked beautifully, crispy base and lots of flavour! Unfortunately the visit felt almost spoiled by the attitude of servers. It did take a good 20 minutes for us to even have our order taken but the food came out very quickly. When I asked a different server for a sharper knife/ pizza cutter for the pizza she looked at me with a very ‘fed up’ expression and then quite rudely pointed at the table we were sat at if to say go and sit down. After paying we waited for our friend to use the toilet and were stared at by a server who seemed annoyed that we were waiting around. Then whilst going to leave we said thank you (common decency) and were met with a very aggressive ‘bye.’ Nothing else. You would think after spending a considerable amount of money in a restaurant the customer service would be a lot more friendly. I work in the service industry and I understand it can be frustrating but unfortunately I wasn’t the only one in our group who felt the passive aggressiveness of the servers. All in all; tasty food and drinks. The male server who sat us and took our order was lovely. It’s just a shame it was let down by the attitude of others."
