"The staff behind the counter were extremely rude, slamming phones and banging utensils because the person responsible for making the chips was late from his break. They showed no consideration for the customers waiting in the shop who had to listen to this unpleasant behavior. The chips were undercooked, white, and tasted like raw potato. Overall, it was a terrible experience."
