"The staff behind the counter were extremely rude, slamming phones and banging utensils because the person responsible for making the chips was late from his break. They showed no consideration for the customers waiting in the shop who had to listen to this unpleasant behavior. The chips were undercooked, white, and tasted like raw potato. Really great cod and chips, certainally filled me up, however I dont like that ketchup isnt free and comes in tiny pots...

Ordered fish and chips this evening 3/6/22 walk in and takeaway. Gotta say I’ve been using this shop for some years and I was dissatisfied with the quality of the product. Not sure what is going on but I may give the shop a miss for a while, it’s a shame as in the past it’s been great.

Average food and service as expected... Bigger issues DO NOT accept card payment BUT have over the top Corona measures in place like barriers and restricted customers in shop. I also was asked to wait outside an empty shop for my order whilst inside 4 members of staff had no masks etc... all double standards... last time we use this store.
