"I made my order here as I was craving tacos on a Saturday and this was the only place that was open at the time I needed. I've seen the business advertised on a bbc show with Ainsley before so always knew about it, but this was my visit visit. Walked around the Arndale market to see about the place and it looks really good ... a proper street food authentic Mexican unit with all the ingredients on display, a cabinet full of hot sauces and chilli sauces and authentic Mexican items. It was great. I made my order through deliveroo to collect as I'm always a bit shy when ordering at a new place for the first time .. so order to collect on an app is perfect for me. I ordered the chicken tinga tacos (which were corn tacos so gluten free) and added tofu (for a cost) and had free toppings of soured cream, cheese, chipotle sauce and salad, and a bag of tortilla chips. The order came in an awesome branded paper bag and it was huge. The tacos were at the bottom and looking inside the bar, I didn't realise how big the tortilla chip bag was The food was great ... the container was filled to the brim and was so delicious. The salad was crunchy and fresh, the chicken came in big chunks and was delicious, the tofu was the best tofu I've ever had and they had rice on the tacos too. 10/10 would go back and recommend to anyone .. I need to try the burritos or burrito bowls next time .. or just have one of everything as it was so good .. and in the city centre too so if you're around and you want authentic, delicious, fresh Mexican food .. this is the place. (They even sell merch of the shop and things like Mexican wrestling masks and tomatillos and so much more)"

"**Round One – Tequeños (Deep-Fried Cheese Sticks)** This was perhaps the most exciting round, especially because we were presented with two distinctly different sauces. The first was Guasacaca’s signature sauce, made from avocado but with a lighter consistency perfect for dipping. The spicy cheese sticks paired with this sauce were a true savory delight! Then, we tried the plain cheese sticks with a sugar cane and orange sauce, transforming them into an indulgent sweet treat. I love how versatile and incredibly addictive these cheese sticks are! **Round Two – Yuca Frita (Cassava Fries with Guasacaca and Habanero Chili Sauce)** **Tostones (Crispy Plantain Cups Filled with Shredded Beef, Pico de Gallo, and Llanero Cheese)** All I can say is that these sides completely outshine the typical chips and salad! The cassava fries were remarkably thick—almost as hefty as a croquette rather than a chip—and they were wonderfully salty, leaving you wanting more. The tostones were beautifully crispy plantain cups filled with succulent beef and were absolutely delicious. **Round Three – Arepas (Stuffed Gluten-Free Corn Pockets)** We opted for the £16 selection, which includes four smaller arepas, allowing us to sample all the fillings! The options included shredded chicken, shredded beef, roasted pork leg, or the vegetarian choice of black beans, fried plantain, and llanero cheese. What I truly love about arepas is their crispy outer layer and fluffy inside. Each filling was bursting with flavor, making it easy to enjoy every last bite. As a Londoner, I feel compelled to promote Venezuelan cuisine. It deserves to be celebrated as much as Mexican, Thai, Indian, and other beloved global cuisines in the UK. With such a diverse menu overflowing with flavor, you’re sure to find something you’ll love!"
