"It was OK and the bill was offset by the Meerkat offer so it was reasonable value. I did enjoy the meal in parts, but the quality was nowhere near what we'd been used from previous visits (it has been a while... . Not sure I'd have been happy to spend more than £60 on what we got. My burrito was like cardboard around the edges and my other half's duck stir-fry was a bit sloppy and slimy. I'm not sure if there's some cost-cutting going on (store closures have been reported or what it is, but it's been going downhill since Tesco sold it. There were 5 or 6 items on the menu that weren't available, and I'm not sure a seemingly reheated burrito is going to drag me back any time soon... Shame, as the food used to be fresh and vibrant with interesting flavours. Can't see it surviving the way it's going."

"The food was good, a variety of different dishes for every taste. I had the lamb Tagine- the cousin had not been blown up enough, and still resembled the shape of the container he came from! It was a strange atmosphere. We have booked a table for 6.30, and come in a lot of time, but we could tell the staff about 7, thanks for coming together, we didn't think about it until a few came around 7, and were turned away because they were finished serving. Then came a couple who had booked online (like us), but for 7.30 a.m., and they were turned away even though they had the email confirmation of their booking. When it came to the pudding, my daughter Churrios wanted to, but we couldn't have them because they had put everything in the kitchen!! Overall, it is a nice place to eat, but phone calls and ask when they close especially on a holiday weekend!!"

"It was clear that this restaurant is on its way to closing down soon, which would have been helpful to know before booking. More than half of the menu items were unavailable, making it difficult to order. The lack of staff led to us being asked to leave at 9:30pm on a Friday night, which was quite amusing. We weren't able to have coffee as the machine had been turned off. The only positive was the kind server who apologized and gave us a 50% discount on our bill due to the poor experience. It doesn't seem like this restaurant will be open for much longer, so I would recommend avoiding it."

"Took ages to be served with food even though only about three tables occupied when we arrived. Kids meals ok but burger was the very worst we have had. Three leaves of spinach and thin slice of tomato on top of burger. Bots patch on the usual McDonald’s and about four times the price. Won’t go there again."

"When I ordered, I mentioned the 50% discount that was supposed to apply, and the server assured me it would be honored. I placed my order, and while the eckribs were enjoyable, the krabbenburger had an unappealing texture similar to cottage cheese. The strawberry cocktails were bland and tasteless. In fact, I didn’t eat the krabbenburger at all because we were waiting for someone to check on us, but nobody came. When the bill arrived, I brought up the issue with the krabbenburger, and the server removed it from the total. However, as we paid the bill, I noticed that the 50% discount had not been applied. I pointed out their mistake, but they said there was nothing they could do and just stared at me, waiting for me to leave. I will not be returning or recommending this restaurant."

"My daughter treated me to a birthday treat. The place is in a good place. Trinity Arcade leeds. The atmosphere was relaxed but friendly. Very light and airy place.customer service was 100%. Food was excellent very tasty. Very good place for couples wanting time to there self. Disabled would be able to access this lovely restaurant. Would highly recommend to anybody. Excellent experience. Would go back again. To try more of the menu."

"Scarlett Green was incredibly disappointing, I’d made the reservation maybe three weeks ahead so to be sat in the worst seat in the restaurant. Really it shouldn’t even be an area where there is a table. It was right on the corner of the banquette seating. My friend asked to move as it was making her really uncomfortable, plus she has a back complaint so asked politely and the waiter was exceptionally rude and refused her request to move (bearing in mind at that time, the restaurant was near empty) we asked again and begrudging we were allowed to move. We ordered within 10 minutes of arriving and then had to wait nearly 40 minutes for our food to arrive. I had booked Scarlett Green having seen photos on Instagram where the presentation of the food was amazing. The presentation of my pancakes, left a lot to be desired compared to the photos I had seen. We luckily ended up with a different waiter to our original, who was considerably more helpful and did then (when we questioned our bill) arrange a discount for us. Safe to say we will not be returning."

"Second time having a terrible experience here. Mains brought out when we are still eating our starters and just shoved on the table next to our starters. Food has no flavour..... "Hubby and I have had breakfast in there past few weeks after Tesco shopping. The service is exceptional, the staff are extremely pleasant, helpful and kind. The pina colada cocktails are fab and tasty made by Jess (I believe. Ben who served us was a lovely guy as others are but unfortunately not sure of their names. Food tastes delicious. The eggs are top quality and bacon lovely and tender. Think it will be a regular visit now. Well done everyone"

"The restaurant seemed understaffed. We waited a long time for our plates to be cleaned from our table, after both courses. Multiple items were missing from the menu when we visited too. Some of our drinks were flat and, while they were replaced, the replacements were also under carbonated. Our celebration dinner wasn't much the fanfare we'd hoped. Having visited other chain restaurants we were expecting some sort of special birthday dessert or drink of some kind. Alas, nothing arrived and we paid our bill with some plates still on our table. The food coming from the kitchen was of a good standard and the waiting staff friendly when they were at our table but, I probably won't go back. This was the 2nd time in 3 weeks the restaurant has underperformed, in my opinion."

"The food was good and decor was beautiful but customer service makes a big difference which was totally missing. After the food, we were left without drinks and water for over 40min. After asking a few times they brought more drinks menu when we already had one but noone came to take our order. Forget about checking on their own they didn't bring water when asked to. Gave us our food and forgotten. Waiters kept walking past you ignoring if you are waving or calling, we had to literally get up and go to get someone only to get no service in return. Our table was left with empty/dirty cups and glasses for ages. This was the situation when it wasn't even busy. After waiting for ages, we decided to just pay at the counter and leave. On explaining why we want to pay and leave much earlier than planned, the lady didn't even apologies just billed us with additional optional 10% service charge (which wasn't there) without even asking. The waiting staff was just useless, not friendly and attentive at all. Noone even smiled while talking to customers. Looking at the menu and decor, we wanted to come back again as we sat down but our opinion changed in a matter of 1.5hr. Not going back or going to recommend anyone to go there either. There are far too many places in Leeds with good food and great service."

"We were looking for a quick meal near the Millennium Centre before the opera, and Italian cuisine seemed like a good choice. The restaurant is spacious and bright, and during the early evening, it's a popular spot for young families. Since we were aware of our time constraint, we opted for pasta, and our waitress kindly reminded us that we needed to eat quickly. Our meals—Pasta della Casa and Crab Cannelloni—arrived promptly and were both delightful. The house pasta, which featured baked cassareccia, roasted chicken, pancetta, baby spinach, and a creamy sauce topped with Reggiano cheese, was rich and satisfying. The cannelloni turned out to be a lighter yet equally delicious option. While Zizzi isn’t a fine dining establishment, it’s perfect for a quick bite or a casual meal. Plus, it offers stunning views of Cardiff Bay, and its proximity to the Millennium Centre makes it an ideal spot for a pre-show dinner."

"Can be summed up in two letters: OK. Not much ambience and very obviously a restaurant attached to a hotel as most patrons on the evening we visited were obviously staying in the hotel and were accompanied by their books, newspapers, laptops etc by way of company. Bad beginning when we asked where we could hang out coats late November and told on the back of your chairs. Shame a restaurants could not bang four nails into a wall in some corner, but there you are. Meal proceeded accordingly, service, food, wine OK, but we had had enough by the time the mains were finished and did not call back again for any of the other evenings of our stay in London"

"Zizzi is next to the cinema in Meadowhall, so practical for a combo meal and film. Excellent price-performance menu after 5pm also, £11.95 for ZWEI courses, with some nets on £13.50 just before 5pm! Mini Fondue Style Dip makes a perfect starter for 2 people. Sea Bream is an unusual addition to the menu and very tasty. Service always efficient and friendly, even at the busiest times. We like the indoor tables, so we can observe how the food is prepared and cooked. Always like to recommend Zizzi to which branch we go, we know we have a good meal."
