"Not at the moment. Wait for the full refurb before going back. The staff didnt know if they were handling the bar menu or the grill menu. Ordering drinks at the bar, same 4 drinks, different prices depending on who served you. On the grill side 3 course Sunday lunch Starters was soup served from coffee pots in enamelled cups. Main was server on a wooden board, Desert was cookies or croissant. We had to order separate deserts from the bar menu (at extra cost) for one not to arrive at the table. (cost deducted from the bill) To be fair the food that was server was nice BUT!!!!! If I wanted a cup a soup I would have stayed at home. We ask for plates because how do you pour gravy on a wooden board? plus I don't like the taste of wood in my roast beef. Finally, cookies, croissant or a shot glass of cream with a bit of jam doesn't constitute dessert to me. Bring back the carvery! and plates!"

"However, the manager was able to resolve the noise issue by setting up a table in the lobby area for us. The manager was very attentive and we were pleased with the service we received. Unfortunately, when we went to the lobby at 4:30 a.m. to check in, we were met with a noisy environment due to the televisions. This prompted us to leave immediately. An employee had to shout over the noise to assist us with the check-in process. I would suggest that the restaurant either turn off the loud music in the lobby or risk losing customers in the future."

"We decided to visit this restaurant with our friends because it is local to us, we have been there before and had good food and we love Italian food. We arrived on what we thought would be a busy evening due to a local international air show. When we got into the restaurant it was very quiet but didn't think much of it. Then we looked at the menu and was shocked as to the changes that had been made as there was only a couple of things on there that would be classified as Italian it was mainly Asian/Eastern food. We were somewhat confused and quizzed the waitress as to where the Italian choices had gone and she advised that the menu had been changed. The choices for the 4 of us were vegi skewers, beef skewers, burger and meatballs. The food was cooked well and tasted good but the restaurant seems to currently have an identity crisis with an Italian name and stating italian restaurant on the front of the menu but very little Italian food choices. Also it was very quiet for a Saturday night, no atmosphere and the waitresses seemed to rush us a little in order that they could close up. I would not recommend this restaurant at the moment until the menu changes."

"First time visiting here looking for something to eat family of three. The panni for six pound fifty wasnt worth it no chips or nothing the jacket tattie was dry as sticks not worth the money the dinner if you can call it that was tattie and 2 slices of pork little bit veg. The male was miserable as sin and proper ignorant if a wasnt starving a would of walked out also got charged for 2 coffees and only received one when we explained he tried to say he didn't charge us for two lies plus nibble and nosh sounds like the man needs a nosh off with a nibble of the cherry might cheer him up"

"I brought my girlfriend to this restaurant for Valentine's Day. We had a two-for-one deal on the main course, but the voucher we had stated it could not be used on Christmas or New Year's dinner. Despite presenting the voucher upon arrival, we were informed that they had emailed us about the voucher (which they did not), and that it could not be used for Valentine's Day. When we explained the situation to the person at the front desk, they insisted the voucher was only for Christmas or New Year events and could not be used. Normally, I would have left and gone elsewhere, but since it was Valentine's Day, I wanted to treat my girlfriend and most other places were fully booked. We decided to stay and dine, although we were not in the best mood. The food itself was excellent, although I'm not sure it was worth the £30 per person."

"Many children frequent this restaurant, including my own. I recently discovered from my son that he has had trouble receiving the correct change from a specific employee. It seems that many of the children either didn't notice or didn't bother to check their change before, but now they realize that he rounds up the prices. When my son confronted him, he dismissed it by saying they didn't need the extra change or questioning if it really mattered. This behavior is unacceptable, and if he is consistently shortchanging the children, it can add up. In addition to what I consider to be subpar food, they are taking advantage of vulnerable kids. Even small amounts like 1p to 51p may not seem significant, but it is still theft."

"Beautiful location with a view of Old Trafford, the menu looks good at first glance. The service is very poor considering how under staffed the cafà is I guess that can be expected. The food we had was pretty awful, maybe we just had poor luck. Chicken Wings Starter- Completely raw chicken under breadcrumb coating Burgers ordered- This was average but we had no appetite after the raw starter this may have clouded our palettes on the main course Drinks- Cocktails are creative and tasty so are the milkshakes"

"A really nice pub! We came with a group from Germany. Everybody was happy. Nice atmosphere! The Fish Chips were pretty good! The Tikka Masala was also really good! Nice stop to have a good beer and some good food. We were now 2 Times at this place and we dont regret it! The only thing: All the tables and everything sticks. Like no one is cleaning or so. "DisgustEd and utter disappointment in the way my party of four were treated . I had booked a table for 4 people at midday as a treat for my parents before going to Strickly come dancing today. when we arrived there was a board closing of the restaurant and so we went into the bar where we approached and told the restaurant was going to be full with an oil company function and waved away to find ourselves a table in the bar. My parents are elderly and can not manage up to the high tables so we eventually found a round table for the four of us to sit. The table and chairs were dirty and covered with food. I had to go and find someone to come and clean the table and chairs. We chose our food and after a while went to the bar to see if someone was going to serve us to discover we had to order at the bar. The final straw was when we tried to order they didn’t have what we would like for our meal. There was no explanation or apologies for not having a table for us in the restaurant, for the table and chairs being dirty, no service or explanation that we had to order our food at the bar and no apology for not having what we would like to order for our meal. We collected our jackets and left. We had a lovely meal with great service elsewhere. Totally appalled at the lack of customer service and when speaking to others it would appear we are not the only ones."

"I had lunch during my visit to the eastern end of Dundee. I ordered the all-day breakfast, which came with toast and a pot of tea or coffee. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and free from excess grease. My dining companion had a roll with sausage and a decaf latte. The roll was quite large, and once again, the sausage was expertly cooked. The total bill was £10.90, which I consider a real bargain. The staff was friendly and efficient. I will definitely come back again. The menu had a wide variety of options, including healthy and vegetarian choices."

"Having never been to Woking before this restaurant looked lovely as did the menu. When I arrived however it was not as I had imagined. It was like a 1960's diner rather than a steakhouse and although the menu had a great range of choice, when the food came up I was disappointed considering the cost. The drinks were also a poor quality. I ordered a fruity cocktail and was basically presented with tropical juice from a carton with added alcohol, which i couldn't taste due to the sweetness of the juice and the accompanying shot of prosecco was flat. The service was friendly but disjointed and we were initially offered 241 cocktails and then the offer was rescinded as it was a weekend. All in all not a great experience and not somewhere I would go back to."

"We arrived a bit early but our table was already prepared. Good quality crackers! It was a surprise to find there was live music, and the pub was beautifully decorated. The service was VERY efficient, friendly and seamless, THANK YOU. The food was delicious, and served well timed. A few room for improvement comments there seemed to be a mix up with how many deserts had been ordered ie only one desert....and despite only one being served, 2 appeared on the bill! Also the mince pie served had part of the pastry missing. This was pointed out but the mince pie was not replaced, for a complete one.....hence the food not getting Outstanding . And the pub had run out of NZ Sauvignon blanc, but the House white was very drinkable! Music did get louder at one point which made it very difficult for us to talk!! But over all we had a great time, and would definitely recommend and go again. Thanks to all the staff and the chef!"

"Have visited a few times now, as well as trying out the delivery service. Shop experience: staff can be quiet and non welcoming at times. Would be a good idea to familiarise themselves with what they include in their items for example if a freakshake is advertised as having 2 iced donuts, it should have 2 iced donuts and not 1 hoping the customer won’t notice. In addition if two identical shakes are ordered they should both have the same items, not extra for one and less for the other. If there is a problem with fulfilling something on the menu the customer should be made aware and given the option to order something else. The cheesecake jars are not available all of the time, their availability depends on the time of day. With all the Facebook posts promoting these it should be obvious they will be popular, but going at the wrong time of day will see you stick with a sundae or waffle which frankly you can get in most places. Delivery option: I tried this out of curiosity how would they deliver a freakshake and would it be edible when they did. Well to the latter, no it wasn’t. It arrived in a sloppy mess, in a plastic cup similar to those Starbucks use, with a donut in a separate take away container. It was warm and frankly disgusting. All in all was disappointed in all my experiences of this place. After all the hype I expected something amazing. It was barely average."

"Great choice of lunches available. Always so hard to decide what to grab for lunch! I usually have late lunches and the servers have already said if i'm ever worried about time to just give them a call and let them know they also...do good deals on the last few sandwiches and salads of the day. Even if I probably am the last customer of the day they never make you feel like that, they're happy for you to take your time and decide. Only negative...I don't like the mayo! There's not much flavour to it and it tastes a little cheap. But that's it! so far so good."

"Very nice place. Went there before the Covid Pandemic and was treated really well by the owner. The food was good. Went there today , again whilst visiting from London. The food was good. "We came here briefly on a Saturday evening. The girl at the door was lovely and my husband asked if they were dog and child friendly (she said they were) and we went in. The lady on the bar also was very welcoming. We however were met by a snooty girl at the bar who seemed confused as to why we were there but gave her the benefit of the doubt and sat down. I then asked the same girl if she had a highchair to which she replied “not up here no” and then seemed confused when we left. We had previously been told it was a child friendly place and therefore assumed a highchair as my 18 month old isn’t going to sit in a proper chair. She then asked an incredibly snooty, smarmy way “oh are you leaving” to which I explained the lack of highchair was the issue, and her respond was “it’s an adult place”. That’s absolutely fine, HAD WE NOT JUST BEEN TOLD IT WAS CHILD FRIENDLY BY SOMEONE ELSE. We ended up eating back at our Travelodge which was dog and child friendly and actually had a lovely meal. Not sure what her issue was with us or children but she seemed to have an issue with us that none of the other staff had at all. Shame as it seemed a nice place other than for her stinking poor attitude"
