"We decided to visit this restaurant with our friends because it is local to us, we have been there before and had good food and we love Italian food. We arrived on what we thought would be a busy evening due to a local international air show. When we got into the restaurant it was very quiet but didn't think much of it. Then we looked at the menu and was shocked as to the changes that had been made as there was only a couple of things on there that would be classified as Italian it was mainly Asian/Eastern food. We were somewhat confused and quizzed the waitress as to where the Italian choices had gone and she advised that the menu had been changed. The choices for the 4 of us were vegi skewers, beef skewers, burger and meatballs. The food was cooked well and tasted good but the restaurant seems to currently have an identity crisis with an Italian name and stating italian restaurant on the front of the menu but very little Italian food choices. Also it was very quiet for a Saturday night, no atmosphere and the waitresses seemed to rush us a little in order that they could close up. I would not recommend this restaurant at the moment until the menu changes."

"I brought my girlfriend to this restaurant for Valentine's Day. We had a two-for-one deal on the main course, but the voucher we had stated it could not be used on Christmas or New Year's dinner. Despite presenting the voucher upon arrival, we were informed that they had emailed us about the voucher (which they did not), and that it could not be used for Valentine's Day. When we explained the situation to the person at the front desk, they insisted the voucher was only for Christmas or New Year events and could not be used. Normally, I would have left and gone elsewhere, but since it was Valentine's Day, I wanted to treat my girlfriend and most other places were fully booked. We decided to stay and dine, although we were not in the best mood. The food itself was excellent, although I'm not sure it was worth the £30 per person."

"Family meal out. Definitely a hidden gem. It was absolutely delicious. Everything is freshly cooked to order. Food was mouthwatering and very well presented. Had a few takeaways from here and in my time but sitting in the restaurant is a different ball game. You get all the pleasant aromas of the food cooking. Premises are very clean. Staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. Great for kids too as there's a kids menu and there's always pizza for the older kids!! Definitely be back in the future and fingers crossed at the awards. Good luck"

"Beautiful location with a view of Old Trafford, the menu looks good at first glance. The service is very poor considering how under staffed the cafà is I guess that can be expected. The food we had was pretty awful, maybe we just had poor luck. Chicken Wings Starter- Completely raw chicken under breadcrumb coating Burgers ordered- This was average but we had no appetite after the raw starter this may have clouded our palettes on the main course Drinks- Cocktails are creative and tasty so are the milkshakes"

"Me and my partner came with a table book and we got turned away the bouncer was rude and disrespectful and the lady who was doing booking lied to us about how many people were on our table tuned us away and didn’t even speak to us she just walked away the bouncer was forceful and was making us move out of the way even though we had a table I am very disgusted with how your employees treat people and they should be spoken to about how they treat others."

"We booked to have the steak meal for two. The waiters and waitresses were very attentive and friendly. We didn’t wait long for our meal and it was very good and beautifully presented on a wooden board, I don’t like red wine that came as part of the deal but I asked for alternative and got the house rose which was lovely. We had desert afterwards which was very good too. Definitely be returning and recommending to all too."

"Attractively presented tea on a cakestand with 3 types of sandwiches, a scone each with cream and jam and a cake assortment. One of our party wanted Earl Grey tea which was supplied. Service was good except we weren't brought milk and had to ask. It came initially in a glass which was very hard to pour from but gave us entertainment! Then a jug was brought. We had top ups of our tea. The room was pleasant and staff were helpful and polite. Would go there again."

"Really nice restaurant attached to lively pub. Service very attentive, and when there was a slight mix up on the order it was rectified within seconds! Food was really good and very decent portions. Shame there were no ribs left but chicken burgers were great with proper chicken and ace sweet potato fries. Tandoori whitebait was an excellent starter. Lovely place to spend an evening."

"Having booked a table the night before we arrived just before 7pm for our booking. On arrival I tried to tell the waitress that I had a table book however I was cut off with ‘table for two?’ and quickly seated. Menus were then brought over. After deciding what we were going to eat and drink we waited to be served. The restaurant was filling up however we were totally ignored. The staff seemed more interested in clearing tables and seating new diners than looking after the ones they already had! After about 25 minutes of being ignored we managed to get hold of a waiter to say we hadn’t been served. He said he would get a waitress to come over. There was a waitess close to our table however she went off to serve a table who came in after us and we were ignored again. With that we got up and left as obviously the staff just weren’t interested. We were then left with the issue of having to find somewhere else to eat"

"the place was completely renovated and I must say it is amazing! it is super clean and the ambiente here is perfect! each of the employees here are super polite and helpful. it is one of these rare cases where I really feel looked around. the burgers here are so good I think it is the best in london along with the loaded french! one teller is enough for two people! I almost couldn't finish my burger because I had a whole plate with loaded french for me. recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal and drinks! it's just perfect! when other restaurants in south harrow got this type of investment and management, south harrow will undoubtedly be a leading provider than one of the best food towns in the world to win with potential michelin star ratings."

"Have visited a few times now, as well as trying out the delivery service. Shop experience: staff can be quiet and non welcoming at times. Would be a good idea to familiarise themselves with what they include in their items for example if a freakshake is advertised as having 2 iced donuts, it should have 2 iced donuts and not 1 hoping the customer won’t notice. In addition if two identical shakes are ordered they should both have the same items, not extra for one and less for the other. If there is a problem with fulfilling something on the menu the customer should be made aware and given the option to order something else. The cheesecake jars are not available all of the time, their availability depends on the time of day. With all the Facebook posts promoting these it should be obvious they will be popular, but going at the wrong time of day will see you stick with a sundae or waffle which frankly you can get in most places. Delivery option: I tried this out of curiosity how would they deliver a freakshake and would it be edible when they did. Well to the latter, no it wasn’t. It arrived in a sloppy mess, in a plastic cup similar to those Starbucks use, with a donut in a separate take away container. It was warm and frankly disgusting. All in all was disappointed in all my experiences of this place. After all the hype I expected something amazing. It was barely average."

"First time visiting here looking for something to eat family of three. The panni for six pound fifty wasnt worth it no chips or nothing the jacket tattie was dry as sticks not worth the money the dinner if you can call it that was tattie and 2 slices of pork little bit veg. The male was miserable as sin and proper ignorant if a wasnt starving a would of walked out also got charged for 2 coffees and only received one when we explained he tried to say he didn't charge us for two lies plus nibble and nosh sounds like the man needs a nosh off with a nibble of the cherry might cheer him up"

"This restaurant needs to rethink how it handles its bookings, I had booked a table for 4 and was told when I got there that they could lay a table up for me or we could sit on a table for 6, whereby the people infront of me hadnt booked and were shown to a table of 4!!!?? We waited an hour for our food! The service was appalling as was the food it wasnt cooked properly! Rather than the staff tell people they couldnt accomodate them before the theatre they kept taking people in and seating them down, when everyone needed to be fed and the bills paid by the same time!! The restaurant was full of theatre goers..??? They should have stated at the door that if you are going to the theatre we cant guarantee that you will be served in time, instead greed got the better of them and they kept seating people!! Most of the restaurant that night complained and were given discounts because of the awful service, my party didnt have time to finish our meals, people left without getting their food, on a table of 3 next to me- 2 people had almost finished theire meal whilst the third hadnt even got theirs!! I will try the restaurant again and hope they have got their act together next time, but if thats not the case we wont be back and wont recommend it!!!"

"Took a very long to get served. Took 1 hour to get our food. Asked for a desert menu and it took half an hour to get, had to chase after the staff to get it. They then brought the wrong desert. I understand it can be busy and there might be less staff but being in a restaurant for 2 hours 45 minutes to get a main and dessert is ridiculous"
