Dieci introduces you to flavours, concepts and dishes that will transport you the fields of Tuscany, the cobbled streets of Florence and the terraces of Rome. Whether it’s the main menu or some of the smaller bites that are available, each dish is perfectly crafted and executed to the most exacting standards. You can tell that head chef Fabrizio pours his heart, soul and a lot of love into each dish. The innovative edge he brings to classic Italian ingredients is a joy to behold and each mouthful will send you to heaven. Parmesan churros, arrancini, carpaccio with tuna, Burrata with sun dried tomatoes, a goats cheese medallion these were just some of the delights we sampled. For mains, we had steak, with a sweet, rich and creamy peppercorn sauce. Dessert was sensational. Panna cotta, tiramisu, cheesecake and a chocolate fondant bathed in salted caramel sauce. Everything was simply perfection. This is Italian food taken to the next level. An artist who has mastered his craft. The settings are tranquil. If you fancy the perfect end to the experience, the attentive staff will take you to the cigar bar where you can sample the finest cigars in the city. The service is impeccable. Maurizio and Claudio made us feel extremely welcome and the attention to detail was evident throughout. Quality runs through the veins of this establishment and it is a must try for anyone looking to push the boat out for a special occasion. Could not fault any aspect of this visit. 11/10"
